Layout of the Terminal Complex, Arrivals Procedures, Airline locations, Lounges and Services & Amenities at Ezeisa Airport:
Buenos Aires Ezeisa Airport has a main passenger terminal with integrated services and is divided into Terminals A, B & C (TA, TB, TC) While the ground level (planta baja) serves as Arrivals and check-in area and allows for access to carparks A & B, elevators at Sectors A or B take you up to the first level (planta alta), which is the departure level with its airline gates. Terminal C has its own parking lot.
Arrivals procedure at Ezeisa Airport: Unless you are an Argentine passport holder, you need to go through the separate line for passport check, then proceed to the baggage carousel to get your bags, go through customs check, and exit the terminal.
Terminal A houses the following airlines currently serving both international departures and arrivals:
AreoMexico, Air Canada, Air Europe, American, Avianca, Boliviana, British, Conviasa, Copa, Cubana, Delta, Emirates, GOL, Iberia, LAN (Argentina, Chile, Ecuador & Peru), Lufthansa, Qatar, Sky, South African, TACA /Lacsa, TACA Peru, TAM, TAM Paraguay, Turkish & United airlines
Terminal B houses the following airlines currently serving only international arrivals: Aerolineas Argentinas, Air France, Alitalia, American, Austral, & KLM.
Terminal C houses the following airlines currently serving (a) international departures of Aerolineas Argentinas, Air France, Alitalia, Austral, & KLM; (b) Domestic arrivals & departures of all airlines.
Lounges at ECE Airport:
1. The Aeropuertos VIP Club (tel. +54 11 548-2064) offers exclusive parking spaces, check-in & immigration assistance, porter services, duty-free shop, and a business center with workstations, internet access telephones and fax machines.
2. VIP Lounges - tel: (011) 5480 2588 (for business-class passengers of various airlines and club members only) are located on (a) the Departures level (level 1) of Terminal B, post-security; and (b) the Arrivals level (ground level) of Terminal A, post-security.
3. The American Express Centurion Lounge is available to all American Express credit card holders.
Services and amenities inside the terminals include: The new virtual kiosk, displaying basketball player Manu Ginobili greeting passengers & dispensing flight and other airport information, is located on level 1 of Terminal A. Other amenities include food & drink establishments, as well as shops and duty-free shops. Banco Nacion at Sector A, ground floor arrivals, is open for currency exchange 24/7. If you should loose your baggage inside the Airport, contact Airport Security Police (PSA). Baggage carts are available in the Arrivals areas.
