Information Desks are located in both Terminals:
Terminal A - on the ground floor- open 24 hours; Terminal B - on the ground floor - open 5:30am until last flight. Courtesy telephones which are linked to the information desk are located throughout the terminal. The airport has a 24-hour information line, which includes information for the Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (internal flights) (tel: (011) 5480 6111). Customer service representatives provide assistance and information.
The Tourist information desks are located in Terminal A Arrivals and in the baggage reclaim hall of Terminal B Arrivals.
Left Luggage is located in Terminal A, ground floor, next to to the Information Desk; and Terminal A, Departures.
Lockers are available in Terminal A, Arrivals.
Mobil Phone Rental is available at Terminal A, Arrivals & Departures.
