The Lost & Found office is located in the back of the arrivals terminal with access from the main hall and from inside the baggage pick-up area (accessible only to arriving passengers). Open 8:30am-8pm; Tel: +39. 055.3061302; Fax +39.055.3061664

This office utilizes the Worldtracer-Bahamas automated baggage finding system and offer passengers the following services:
(a) assistance with missing and damaged baggage;
(b) accepting & processing lost baggage for the first five days (thereafter the airline takes over);
(c) home delivery of lost baggage belonging to passengers residing in the Florence area; and
(d) providing information on missing baggage.

Pets are not allowed at the airport unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements.

Smoking is not permitted in the terminal.
