I recently arranged a ride to the airport to catch a 6AM flight. I made reservations at least 72 hours in advance, confirmed them 24 hours in advance, and confirmed them 15 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup time between 3 and 3:30 AM. At 3:40 no shuttle so I called to see what was up. I was told that there was a problem and the van would not arrive for another half an hour. At a quarter to 4AM I'm scrambling to arrange anither ride to the airport. On the way there I get a call saying they were really sorry for the inconvenience and they would send me $50 to make up for it. Seven days later and I never received the $50. I'd definitly have a backup plan if you use this service.
