If you bought one ticket for both legs of your journey, you should not need another boarding pass at Frankfurt. You simply transfer to your connecting Concourse /gate. Condor uses Concourse C. As I don't know which airline you arrive at, I suggest you open www.ifly.com/fra and click on "Terminal Map" under QUICK LINKS, then scroll down to the detailed text, including transfers.

At FRA both airlines use Terminal 1; AC uses Concourse B, LH uses Concourse A. Level 3 of T1 is the Pier /Concourse level with Piers/ Concourses A, B & Z, connected via transfer tunnel. The SkyLine train also runs between Concourses A & B in the secured area. You have enough time.

At Frankfurt Airport, Lufthansa uses both Piers A & B of Terminal 1. On arrival, you need to go through non-Schengen passport check. I doubt that you need to pick up your bags for security check; your bags will be automatically transferred to your next Lufthansa flight. Note: Pier A gates are now divided into left-side gates A1-42 and right-side gates A50-69; (note: A gates are on lower level; Z gates are on upper level. Pier B, gates B1-B63: a transfer tunnel near B19 connects to A & Z gates;

At FRA, Lufthansa (using A & B gates of Terminal 1) & United (using B gates of T1) belong to the Star Alliance - your bags will be transferred to your connecting flight. NOTE: U.S. Arrivals are being processed at Area A where they go through passport control only; (US departures use the Z gates). If you need to transfer inside Terminal between B gates (T1B) and A or Z gates (T1A), you can use transfer tunnel outside security, or the SkyLine train inside security, which leaves every 2-3 mins. An escalator from lower level A gates connects to upper level Z gates.

Before departure to FRA inquire from your first airline if they transfer your bags to the second airline - if not, you would have to claim your bag on arrival at FRA & re-check it in with your connecting airline.
