I am flying Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong to Frankfurt and Lufthansa from Frankfurt to Moscow. I have 1hr 50min for transfer. Do I need to collect my checked in luggage and check it in again to Moscow. I believe I land in Terminal 2 and depart from Terminal 1 to Moscow.
Is it one reservation or two separate reservations?
1 reservation with the same booking reference.
Then all you have to do is take the Skylink from T2 to T1 and go to your departure gate.
Hello I need to catch a connecting flight in Frankfurt. I come from Singapore via SQ and am going to Buenos Aires via LH. Do I need to go thru security and passport control? Can I check in my luggage all the way thru from Singapore to BA? Thanks
Is it one reservation or two separate reservations?
It is one reservation. Thanks!
Then all you have to do in Frankfurt is go through security and to your departure gate. No passport control.
Great! Thanks a lot!
I have 1 hour, 20 minutes in Frankfurt, arriving from Tirana on Lufthansa 1425, departing to Toronto on Air Canada 877 - Is this a risky connection??
That should be enough time. You just have to go through security and to your departure gate.
hi,
i'm landing from PTY to FRA area B (non-shengen) and having a connected flight 8 hours later to SIN from area Z (non-schengen).

No issue regarding the connecting time.

Issue: it looks like there is no direct transit area between the area B and Z, meaning it is mandatory to do twice the passport check. Unfortunately my passport requires a Schengen Visa to enter EU.

In my case, can i go from area B to area Z without passport check, meaning i don't need a Schengen Visa?

Tks
Nic
It appears that there actually is a tunnel connecting the non-schengen areas of A and B to Z.
Yes there is a tunnel, I took it already once but it connects the area A n the initial part of area B which is still in the Schengen area. Actually when u came out from the elevator, you are exactly in front of the passport check, to leave the Schengen and enter the Non-Schengen area. Need to know if there is an other way actually. The tunnel is an almost secret and super useful way to avoid an additional customs screening, and it's super fundamental in case of short connection
We arrive from Bologna, Italy on Lufthansa Tuesday morning at 8 A.M. Our departing flight to Toronto is on Air Canada, leaving at 9:20 A.M. Do we need to change terminals? Can we make this?
Both flights will be in Terminal 1. You just have to go through Schengen exit passport control and to your departure gate. You should have enough time.
We have a 1hr35min connection between LH flight arriving from SVQSevilla and the next flight with AC to YYZToronto, Is this sufficient time between flights?
That should be enough time if everything goes smoothly.
I am flying from Toronto to Frankfurt and a connection flight to Manchester I have never done a connecting flight before and I am flying lufthansa
That should be enough time. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I arrive in Frankfurt at 12:45 on Condor from New orleans and have a connecting flight that was booked on separate ticket to Florence on Lufthansa at 16:05. I know I have to collect my bags and return thru customs. Do you think that will be enough time to make the flight?
That should be enough time.
I am traveling from San Francisco to Florence with a transfer at Frankfurt. I am flying on United Airlines and transfer to Lufthansa at FRA to go to FLR, booked through the same reservation. Is 1 hour 30 minutes enough time to comfortably make the connection from United to Lufthansa at FRA? Will I need to go through passport control and security? I am unfamiliar with the airport, so any information would truly be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Yes, that is enough time. You will just go through Schengen entry passport control and to your departure gate. Just follow the signs.
I am arriving from LHR to Frankfurt, with a 1 hour connection time to make a flight to BOS. Both are Lufthansa flights. Based on yesterday's gates, it looks like the arrival flight comes into AEUW, a bus terminal. The departure to the US leaves from Z69. Is it going to be possible to make the connection flight?
That's barely possible if everything goes smoothly.
