Fresno Yosemite International Airport FAT serves California’s Central San Joaquin Valley and is also the closest airport to the town of Yosemite, which is over 100 miles from the south entrance of the famed Yosemite National Park.
The Airport is located six miles from the city of Fresno, Central California, and is close to Highway 99 (northbound take Fwy 180 exit; southbound take the Fwy 41 exit north & at interchange 180 east).
A number of major airlines serve Fresno Yosemite Airport with direct flights to U.S. hubs in the West & South of the country, with connections around th world. Volaris Airlines also offers flights to Guadalajara, Mexico.

The passenger terminal at Fresno Yosemite International Airport features walls wrapped in scenic photos of Yosemite and the surrounding San Joaquin Valley. The terminal is open 3am-1:30am, or last flight. If you need to pick up an arriving passenger, use the cell phone lot located east of the terminal on the north side of the enry road. You have up to one free hour; stay with your car and wait until your party has called you to be picked up at the curb.
