serves California’s Central San Joaquin Valley, which includes six counties, and the Fresno Clovis Metropolitan area. It is also the closest airport to the town of Yosemite (100 miles from the south entrance of the famed Yosemite National Park).

The passenger terminal at Fresno Yosemite International Airport
has been undergoing expansion and renovation work - involving the baggage claim and lobby areas, the security checkpoint, and the ticket counters. It now features a consolidated rental car facility, modernized ticket counters, baggage claim, expanded lobby & security checkpoint areas, new mother's room, and walls wrapped in scenic photos of Yosemite and the surrounding San Joaquin Valley.
Of interest is the 'Sequoiascape' located in the central terminal lobby, featuring the three nearby national parks.
Security screening checkpoint is open 4am-12:30am, or last departing flight. Past security checkpoint are boarding gates 1 - 17.
