  • Bought merchandise& never received

    On 25th, november 2011 I bought some merchandise at Dufry , Houston Airport, on the international gates area. I paid cash for them and was told I would receive the goods at the gate. Even though I stayed for 3 hours at the airport, complayned several times, the Dufry Store never delivered them to me. When arrived in my country I wrote several e-mails to contactus@dufry.com, They said they would find a solutio, but up to now nothing!!!! It february 2012 and it happend on November 2011. It feels like a theft! They have my money, I sent the boarding pass, store receipt and answerd all the questions !!! Where is my merchandise?! Probably the Dufry Store is doing thesame wit lots of passengers and maybe making illegal profits with merchandise not delivered.

    There is a 'Beauty Lounge of Houston' in the central terminal - not sure if it's for a hair cut. Best to ask an attendant, if transferring to another flight. Otherwise stop by at the information desk in the Arrivals area.

    Take the above-ground TerminaLink train connecting all terminals inside security, and making a continuous loop.

    Hi. I will be in IAH between midnight and 6 am in terminal A. Is there anything open in the airport at that time? Any place comfortable to hang out or in-house hotel beds?

    My brother arrives at 9am Term E this Sat and departs at 1:15pm Term C. I am coming down from Dallas to see him at the airport. Are there any restaurants or lounges in the main/non-gate terminal areas suitable for us to meet up at?
