I am arriving at terminal B and my connecting flight is at terminal E. Can I take the terminallink to terminal C then walk to terminal E from terminal C?

The TerminaLink actually has a stop for D and E.

Will be flying to Belize City from Winnipeg Canada. Flying to Edmonton first. Do I go through customs in Edmonton? Will my luggage be checked through to Belize? From Edmonton I fly to Houston and then to Belize City. Coming home, I have a 1hr 47 min layover in Houston. Is this enough time? I will need to connect I think, terminal A for Calgary Canada.

You will go through US Immigration and customs in Edmonton. You will have to claim your luggage in Edmonton to go through preclearance and then won't touch it again until you get to Belize. You should have plenty of time in Houston. The TerminaLink train connects all terminals inside security.

I am flying from RSW (Ft Myers) to DEN (Denver) however I have a layover in IAH (Houston) and the layover time is 32 mins! How will I know if I need to change terminals and if I do is this enough time to change flights?

Both flights will likely be in Terminal C. You should barely have enough time if your first flight is on-time. If you do miss your connection United flies almost hourly flights between IAH and DEN that you can be rebooked on.

If I'm rebooked does that mean I have to purchase another ticket?

No, it just means the airline puts you on a different flight, free of charge.

Flying into Houston Int. Airport from Toronto, Canada and have checked baggage from Toronto. Do I have to go through customs, pick up checked baggage and then get another boarding pass for Belize and go through customs again...also do you know what terminal I arrive in from Toronto, Canada and what gate I have to fly out of to get to Belize from Houston...

You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto. All you have to do in Houston is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. If you are flying Air Canada from Toronto you will arrive in Terminal A and if you are flying United you will arrive in B or C. You will depart to Belize from Terminal E. The TerminaLink train connects All Terminals inside security and as long as your tickets were purchased together your bags will be checked through to Belize in Ottawa and you should be issued all your boarding passes there. On the return trip, in Houston, that is when you will go through US Immigration and customs and go through security. You should not have to claim your bags because you are on an International to International connection but confirm that with the United agents in Belize and Houston.

We are flying United from Shreveport, LA to San Francisco, CA with a connection in Houston. Will our connection in Houston be in the same terminal? We don't have much time to catch the plane to SF.

You will arrive in Terminal A or B and depart from Terminal C or E. The TerminaLink train connects all terminals inside security.

We have a flight on United arriving in Houston from Shreveport @ 8:07am and departing @ 9:04am to San Francisco. Do we have enough time to make that flight?

Hello, my friend is departing from Terminal A and Im departing from Terminal C. After we both go through our Terminal security, are we allowed to meet each other at restaurant in airport after security at one of the terminals? Is there an inter-terminal connection after going through security? Thanks!

Yes, the TerminaLink train connects all terminals inside security.

Im arriving from bogota to calgary, conection IHA . I would like to know what it os the terminal that iwill land (united) do i have to change terminal? Thanks!

You will arrive in Terminal E, go through US Immigration and Customs, then go through security and to your departure gate which will be in Terminal C or E (they are directly connected to each other). You should not have to claim your bags since you are on an International to International connection but confirm that with the United agents in Bogota and Houston.

At YYC you clear customs prior to arriving in Houston. The poster prior to this comment is incorrect. After you clear customs in Calgary it'll be exactly like a domestic flight in the US. Simply get off the plane and go to your connecting hate. Checked luggage will follow you.

The poster is flying from Bogota to Calgary, not the other way around. Upon arrival from Bogota, he or she will have to go through US Immigration and Customs in Houston.

I am flying with United from LAS, and only have 70 minutes before I fly with Lufthansa to Frankfurt. I am travelling in First. Do I have to go throug security and customs? Is there enough time to reach my flight?

There is no US Customs when you leave the US. You only have to walk from your arrival gate in C to your departure gate in D. You have enough time.

I am flying from toronto via Houston to Santiago! chile. The connecting time us 1 hr 25 min. Is this sufficient time? The return trip has a connecting time if 1 hr 55 minutes. Do I need to clear customs from Chile on my way back to Toronto?

both connection times should be sufficient. On your way to Santiago you will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto, on your return you will have to clear US Immigration and Customs in Houston. However, you should not have to claim your bags because you are on an international to international itinerary, but confirm that with the United agents in Santiago and Houston.

HI, i am flying from London Heathrow with United Airlines to San Jose, Costa Rica, with a stop over in Houston international airport. I only have an hour and 30 minutes to get from one flight to the next. Is this enough time, will I make the filght?

That is the minimum allowable time for your transfer. You will have to go through US Immigration and Customs, but since you are on an international to international connection you should not have to claim your bags to do so. However, confirm that with the United agents in London and Houston.

I have a connecting flights with United at Houston Texas arrival 04:38 pm flight 1547 departing 05:55 pm Flight 1131. Is there enough time to connect and what gates (are they close)?

If 1547 is domestic that should be enough time. Both flights will be in C or E (likely C). They are large terminals but all gates are connected inside security. Assuming 1547 is domestic, all you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.

Yes, that should be plenty of time.

Hi, I have a flight with a layover in IAH coming from Europe and traveling through to Nicaragua. Is 90 minutes going to be enough for the transfer?

That is the minimum allowable time for your transfer. You will have to go through US Immigration and Customs, but since you are on an international to international connection you should not have to claim your bags to do so. However, confirm that with the United agents in your origin and Houston.

I have a connection flight in IAH arriving at 8:08 and leaving 8:45 for Puerto Vallarta. Will this be enough time? Are several flights that leave for Puerto Vallarta daily?

Yes, that should be enough time if your first flight is on-time. If you need to change terminals the TerminaLink train connects all terminals inside security. During the spring there are multiple daily flights from IAH to PVR on most days.
