United serves Terminals A, B, C & E - each of which has corresponding gates. Be careful the terminal Link train to connect from C to A runs outside the secured area you would need to go to the lower level and take the train to term. A then go back trough security.

What is a "weighting machine"? Do you mean a scale? Why would you want to find a scale in an airport?

To know the weight of the bag !! like in KLIA airport you can check your bags weight before going to check in.

What's KLIA? Anyway, you can use your scale at home - or you can go to the check in desk and they usually let you take things out of the bag if it's overweight.

Any time you are an international arrival to the US that has to go through immigration you have to go through security again. She will probably want to take the Intra-Terminal Train from TE to TA, then get her Delta boarding pass, check her bags, and go through security.

On Flightaware you can put in any United tail number and see where the aircraft currently is.

She arrives at IAH at Terminal C (gates C34--42) and needs to get to Terminal B. Follow signs to the TerminaLink train station and take the train (inside security) to Terminal B arriving near gates B84-88.

You did not state with which airline your daughter arrives at IAH. Also, she needs to double check her connecting AA flight - Terminal B (TB) is exclusively used by United & United Express. AA is in Terminal A (A gates). International Arrivals connecting to domestic flights: After customs clearance and re-checking-in bags, go straight out to the International Arrivals Lobby which has an escalator down to the Inter-Terminal Train (running inside security) taking you to your connecting terminal. (TA has gates 1-15 & 17-30 - TB has gates B68065 & B60-66. It would be extremely tight to connect, unless customs process is quick.

AA Uses Terminal A at IAH. She will probably miss her connection, but AA has lots of IAH-DFW flights (assuming that's what she's on)

Yes, he/she should take the TerminaLink train. It's possible but he/she will have to hurry.

Calgary has US customs clearance & baggage transfer - all you need to do on arrival at IAH's Terminal E is to take the above-ground TerminaLink train to Terminal C running inside security area. C gates after train station are C24-27, C14-23 (center) & C2-14.

Thanks for comments but my main concern is the 1 hour connection between Terminals E and C. Is this sufficent time to make the connection?
