Get from Tem C to Term B in 40 min?Feb 23, 201210Is 40 minutes long enough to get to a gate in Terminal B from Terminal C?dckposted on Wed, Feb 22[ Reply ][ Like ]40 mins is very tight! You need to catch the above-ground TerminaLink train connecting all terminals inside security. Note that Terminal B's gates have four gateways at each of the corner: 60-66, 68-75, 76-83 & 84-88 - look at your ticket and inside the terminal at the overhead screen to check on your connecting gate.thfeb12posted on Thu, Feb 23

Connection time long enoughFeb 13, 201202I booked a flight from Phoenix to Amsterdam via IAH with United airlines with a 2 hour connection time in Houston. United have now move my first flight to a later time so that I only have 1 hour between arriving from Phoenix at terminal C to departing on an international flight to Amsterdam at Terminal E. Will this be enough time? I am not sure if I will be allowed to check my luggage straight through at Phoenix.GHGSposted on Mon, Feb 132 people like this post [ Like ]

connecting flightFeb 9, 201210I will be flying in (co1507) Continetal to IAH AT 10:30 AM then flying out at 11:05 continental (co 4356) to ELP is this enough time to switch planes ? or am I doomed ?les traveledposted on Thu, Feb 91. Continental uses domestic Terminals A, B, C & international Terminal E at IAH. If you are an international arrival (and unless you went through customs clearance in Canada), you will be processed in the International Arrivals building, part of Terminal E (TE) -you need first to go through customs & take the escalator down to Baggage Claim Level 1. From there you go through Exit Control and enter to the right the baggage recheck area, and straight out arrive at the International Arrivals Lobby, where you take the escalator down to train serving Terminals A, B & C - the train runs continuously and takes minutes. Check your ticket for gate numbers: TA has gates A1-30; TB gates 60-88 distributed at 4 corners of the gateway; TC gates east C14-24, west C29-45. 35 mins is only doable for domestic to domestic transfers.MUCposted on Thu, Feb 9

making a connectionFeb 5, 201210We arrive on flight 471 United, and depart flight 1131 United.. we have a 50 minute connection time, is this enough and what terminals do we arrive and depart from?NPHposted on Sat, Feb 41. You need to look at your ticket for your gate number: United serves both Terminals C & E. C gates are C14-24 & C29-45; E gates are E12-24 & E1-11. (Always check flight screens on arrival for departing gates & time). If arriving at gates C29-45 & transferring to Terminal E: walk towards gates C14-24 & proceed straight on to Terminal E. the above-ground TerminaLink train connects all terminals inside security. 2. NOTE - If you happen to be an international arrival you will be processed at the international arrivals building, part of Terminal E, where you will go through customs & take the escalator down to Baggage Claim Level 1. From there go through Exit Control and enter to the right the baggage recheck area, and straight out arrive at the International Arrivals Lobby which has an escalator down to the Inter-terminal train serving Terminals A, B & C - allowing for a very tight schedule.1039posted on Sun, Feb 5

Connecting flight timeFeb 2, 201210I am planning a trip to Belize. Am flying w/ Continental. Leave ORD at 5:35 a.m. Arrive Houston at 8:10; Leave Houston at 9:00 a.m. 50 minutes between planes. Same carrier but will change planes. Will that be enough time?LLBHRNposted on Wed, Feb 11. I presume you arrive at Houston Intercontinental IAH (not HOU - Hobby Airport). Continental uses Terminals A, B, C & E. Look at your ticket to see which gate you arrive/ depart from (i.e., A15, B60, etc.) The above-ground TerminaLink train connects alterminals inside security.MUCposted on Thu, Feb 2

30min layoverJan 27, 201211We have a group of 16 and have 30mins to catch our connecting flight from Houston to Denver. I'm told we will be landing in Terminal B and will most likely depart from Terminal C or E. We only have backpacks....is this enough time?aprillewiscoposted on Fri, Jan 271 person likes this post [ Like ]The above-ground TerminaLink train connects all terminals inside security. Also, there is a connector to Terminals E & D near Terminal B gates 84-88. Look at your ticket to see which gate you will depart from, i.e., E12, D3, etc. Your group needs to be organize, (let the flight attendant know that you need to catch your connecting flight shortly; put backpacks under your feet, so they are at ready when plane stops.. Rush!1039posted on Fri, Jan 27

Short connection timeJan 23, 201210I will be arriving on CO 107 on the 25th of January and have 55 minutes to make my connection to Guatemala in Terminal E. I will have already cleared immigration and reclaimed my baggage in Newark and so will not need to in Houston (at least I didn't last year). Do I have enough time to make my connection? How do I get from terminal C to terminal E, from what I remember you can just walk between them. ThanksPotterNo1posted on Sun, Jan 22Getting from TC to TE: use the above-ground TerminaLink train which runs inside security and makes its continuous round between terminals. Just follow signs. You have plenty of time. However, make sure that your arriving airline (Continental?) will forward your bags to your connecting flight, if by a different airline. If not, you need to claim your bag on arrival, take it with you on the train, and re-check it in at Terminal E. (You may want to ask your flight attendant, if you have no other way to find out).1039posted on Mon, Jan 23
