Hi! On Dec 11, 2017 I'll be traveling on United Airlines from Toronto to SJO, Costa Rica.
I'll be arriving on a United flight from Toronto at 9am in Terminal B at IAH and have a 45min layover to catch my United flight at 9:45am to Costa Rica.
I'll have to check a bag in Toronto and I'll do my best to advise the flight attendants that I have a connecting.
Few questions: 1. Will my bags make the flight? 2. Will I have enough time to make the connecting? 3. Do i need to go through security at Terminal B or Terminal E? 4. Any other measures I can take to ensure I make that flight that is in my control?
Thank you in advance!
You and your bags should have enough time. All you have to do in Houston is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate using the Skyway train.
Flying Guadalajara to Calgary with a stop in Houston. Do I have to collect my bags in Houston to go through customs or can they be checked all the way to Calgary as it is international to international? In addition, is the one stop customs line still being utilized as it was a few years back? I've only got 1 hour 37 minute layover.
You do not have to claim your bags in Houston. Yes, Onestop still exists and you can use it. You should have enough time.
I have 1 hour 15 minutes to change flights within terminal E. Flight is to Panama so pure transit. I will be travelling on a ESTA waiver visa from UK. is that enough time in this case. I have no idea how large is terminal E. Time is between 18:20 and 17:40
That is not realistically enough time as you still have to go through US Immigration, Customs, and Security.
