At IAH, United uses Terminals A, B, C & E. You will most likely arrive at Terminal E. Note: The International Arrivals building can be accessed from both Terminal E & C, with separate US Customs. Arriving passengers go through customs & take the escalator down to Baggage Claim Level 1. From there they go through Exit Control and enter to the right the baggage recheck area, and straight out arrive at the International Arrivals Lobby which has an escalator down to the Inter-Terminal Train to Terminals A, B & C. You should be able to make it within the hour.

At IAH, the TerminaLink train runs between the Terminals in their secured area. Follow signs. Terminal E's gateway has gates E1-E11 & E12-24 on either side. Hurry!

Your transfer time does not allow for any incoming delay! Hurry! United uses Terminals A, B & E. (Note there are three San Jose Airports - yours is SJO). Could not get today's arrivals for incoming flight, but your departure to SJO is at Terminal E, at E gates. On arrival follow signs to the above-ground TerminaLink train, which starts its service at the Terminal A station, connects terminals A, B, C, D/E. NOTE: Terminal E has basically three separate buildings: (a) If you get off the TerminaLink, you find the ticketing area to the right; this area also has an escalator to Level 1, International Arrivals, which has in the lobby a passenger greeting area. Once you get through security check on either side, you can proceed to the gate area. The left-side gateway extension has gates E1 through gates E11, while to the right are gates E12 to E24.

United uses Terminals A, B & E with corresponding gates. On arrival, look at the overhead screens for your departing flight number, gate & time. Look for the TerminaLink train sign. This train, starting at the Terminal A station, connections to Terminals B, C & D/E inside security. Your connecting KLM flight will depart from Terminal D. You have plenty of time for transfer.

United uses Terminals A, B, C, & E with corresponding gates - your ticket should indicate your terminal.

Lufthansa uses Terminal D of IAH - its departure level has 9 gateways: (from left to right: gateway leading to gates C14 to C2, and gates D1 to D3; gateway to Gates D4A & D4; Gates D5 through Gates D10 have separate gateways, with gateway to gates D11, 11A & 12 at the end.

Without Airline name I cannot give you directions (Denver Airport has Terminals A - E) - If you use two airlines and the first does not transfer your bags to the second one, you need to claim your bags on arrival and take them to the connecting terminal for re-check-in. At IAH, Terminal passenger dropoff is at the right end of Terminal D (pickup at left end, with exit & entry doors in between.

Houston Airport has Terminals A through E, each of which is used by certain airlines. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/iah, then click on "Terminal Map" under QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the detailed text. Your ticket should indicate Terminal / Gate number.

United & United Express use the same code UA - IAH does not distinguish between those two - your ticket should indicate Terminal & gate. United uses Terminals A, B, C & E (with corresponding gates); your ticket should indicate Terminal /gate.

While your first arrival at IAH will not be considered as an 'International Arrival' (as you pass US customs clearance in Calgary), on your return from Cancun to IAH you will be an International Arrival and need to go through Customs clearance: The International Arrivals building can be accessed from both Terminal E & C, with separate US Customs. Arriving passengers go through customs & take the escalator down to Baggage Claim Level 1. From there they go through Exit Control and enter to the right the baggage recheck area, and straight out arrive at the International Arrivals Lobby which has an escalator down to the Inter-Terminal Train to Terminals A, B & C (at TC, you need to go through security check before proceeding to your gate.

I have the same question. Does this also apply to me? I'm arriving from Tegucigalpa, HN on UA into Houston at 356pm, connect to Las Vegas 538pm that same day on UA with 3 bags (I'm moving from HN). My time between flights is 1hr 30 minutes. I'm hoping for a delay for the Las Vegas flight due to all the terminal transfers and customs and security processes. Do you think I'll make the connection?
