Coming into E from international origin, go through customs and security and into Terminal B - need details walk-through help please

The International Arrivals building (part of TE)at IAH can be accessed from TE. Arriving passengers go through customs & take the escalator down to Baggage Claim Level 1. From there they go through Exit Control and enter to the right the baggage recheck area, and straight out arrive at the International Arrivals Lobby, which has an escalator down to the below-ground Inter-Terminal train to Terminal B, where you need to go through security check before proceeding to your connecting gate. Count at least 1 hour 15 mins. to get from arrivals gate to departure gate.

What Is The Fastes Route From terminal C To Terminal E ? I Only Have 45 Min To Get There

If arriving at IAH at Terminal C (gates C29-45) and transferring to Terminal E: walk towards gates C14-24 and proceed straight on to TE. Gates D1-3 of Terminal E connect to gates C14-2.

I am flying into Houston on a domestic fight and then flying out to Costa Rica with a 43 minute connection. Is this doable? Is customs involved when leaving the country? Then 1 hr. 20 minutes coming home. .Thanks!

what is the fastest route from terminal b to terminal C. Short connection, need help

At IAH, take the above-ground TerminaLink train between Terminals B & C, connecting inside security. (C gates are divided into east gates C14-24 & west gates C29-45. Just follow signs.

I am flying into Terminal E from Canada and have 45 Mins to get to Terminal C to catch a flight to San Antonio, Do I have enough time?

Your 45-min transfer time is only feasible if you had already passed US customs inspection in Canada. If not, you would need to go through passport check, pick up your bag, go through customs clearance and then re-check-in your bag (could take up to 40 mins), then take the below-ground inter-terminal train to TC, go through security check and on to your gate. If having passed US customs inspection in Canada, proceed on arrival to the above-ground TerminaLink train, which connects all terminals inside security.

I will be travelling by Delta from Atlanta to Houston and will board Emarites international flight from Houston. Do I need to checkout my luggage at Houston and re-check in? Also what is the best way to reach terminal D from terminal A? Thanks in advance

    1. Your first priority is to find out if Delta will transfer your bags to your Emirates flight (not all airlines transfer, in which case you would have to, on arrival at IAH, pick up your bag at baggage claim, take the below-ground inter-terminal train to Terminal D, go up & check in your bag with Emirates, go through security check and on to your gates. 2. If no baggage re-check is necessary, take on arrival at IAH the above-ground TerminaLink Train connecting all terminals inside security.

Arrive to terminal A IAH from Baton Rouge. Have to make it from A to E within 45 mins. Doable? Will i be rescreened by security in terminal E

at IAH - on arrival at TA - take the above-ground TerminaLink train inside security, connecting all terminals. It makes a continuous loop and your transfer time should be sufficient.

how to go from terminal E to TERMINAL B

On arrival at International Terminal E, you need to go first through customs & take the escalator down to Baggage Claim Level 1. From there they go through Exit Control and enter to the right the baggage recheck area, and straight out arrive at the International Arrivals Lobby and take the escalator down to the inter-terminal train to Terminals A, B & C, where you need to go through security check before proceeding to your connecting gate. (Check overhead screens on arrival at IAH for your connecting flight's gate number & departure time. Transfer time, including customs clearance - at least one hour.

  • How to go from Terminal D to Terminal C

How to go from Terminal D(international flight) to connecting domestic flight inTerminal C? Is it possible to just walk over inside the security or should we take terminal interlink train? in either case do we need to go through security again?

The International Arrivals building (part of TE)at IAH can be accessed from both TE and TD, with separate US Customs. Arriving passengers go through customs & take the escalator down to Baggage Claim Level 1. From there they go through Exit Control and enter to the right the baggage recheck area, and straight out arrive at the International Arrivals Lobby, which has an escalator down to the below-ground inter-terminal train to Terminal C. There you need to go through security again. Note that C gates are divided into east gates C14-24 & west gates C29-45. The overhead screens on arrival at IAH will indicate your gate and departure time.

My question is do i need to take train after customs and re--checkin to go to TC from terminal TD or is it possible for me to walk over from TD to TC? My wife is travelling with 2 small kids so it is easier for her to walk over than take train. hence the question. Now if she has to take train which one because i believe there are 2 the inter link one or inter-terminal one which is accessible from international arrivals lobby?

If arriving at Terminal B north terminal gate - can you get to Terminal A south terminal gate staying inside security because it looks like the terminal link runs on the north side of the all the terminals?

At IAH, the above-ground TerminaLink train connects all terminals inside security. Terminal A has gates A1-15 & A17-30; Terminal B has four gateways on each corner of square leading to gates B60-66, B68-75, 76-83 & 84-88. Your ticket & the overhead screens on arrival will indicate your connecting A gate number. Just follow signs.

I have 36 mins to get from terminal B to terminal E - will I make it

At CLT, Terminal B - square-shaped with gateways at each corner - B60-66, B68-75, 76-83 & 84-88; it connects near gates 84-88 to TE. Terminal E gates have one one side gates E12-24, on the opposite side E1-11. On Arrival at IAH, check the overhead screen to find your departing flight number & gate; then hurry - you can make it in time.

We are planning a trip that will include a connection in Houston. Both flights are domestic. Will 1 hour 49 minutes be enough time to make the connection?

    1. You have plenty of time. However, as your airline arrival & departure may be in different terminals (domestic termals A, B & C), I suggest you open www.ifly.com/iah and click on Quick Links' "Terminal Map" - under the map you find details terminal and transfer information. Look at your ticket to see which gates you arrive/ depart from (i.e., A17).

I arrive at IAH at terminal A at 6:41 PM on United flight 8162. My connecting flight is United flight 1502 from terminal C at 7:27 PM. I am flying from Toronto but I am a South African pasport holder (I have a B1/B2 US visa). Will 46 minutes be enough? I dont know if I need to go through any security or customs lines...

You need to go through U.S. customs clearance at Toronto Airport. When arriving at IAH at Terminal A, simply take the above-ground TerminaLink train, which connects all terminals inside security, to Terminal C - follow signs. You have enough time.

i know, that International gates are almost permanent. Does know somebody Moscow's gate and terminal? Thanks)))

You will arrive at the international terminal E or D. Both have separate US Customs. Arriving passengers go through customs & take the escalator down to Baggage Claim Level 1. From there they go through Exit Control and enter to the right the baggage recheck area, and straight out arrive at the International Arrivals Lobby and the Exits. This area also has an escalator down to train, the International Arrivals Lobby & Passenger Greeting Area.
