I am flying international from London and flying out domestic to Orlando. Will I have time pass through immigration, collect luggage in Term E and then get to Term C, luggage drop, pass through TSA security checks for xfer flight in 1hr 45minsetc
That will be difficult, but it's not impossible.
Do I have enough time? From SFO to Bonaire with a 1 hour connection in IAH?
On the return from Bonaire to SFO I have 1 hour and 20 minutes. Is that enough time to get through immigration? No checked bags. Thanks
Forgot to mention all flights are United
On the way there that is enough time. On the way back that will be difficult, even without checked bags. Luckily United has frequent flights from IAH to SFO.
FLYING WITH UNITED FROM DALLAS FT.WORTH (DFW) TO HOUSTON INTERCONTINENTAL AIRORT THEN ON TO SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA. I HAVE 32 MINUTES BETWEEN FLIGHTSTO MAKE THE SAN JOSE FLIGHT IF ALL GOES WELL. DO I AND MY BAGS HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE THE SAN JOSE FLIGHT?
It's possible, but it obviously leaves no time to spare if the flight from DFW is delayed at all.
I have a flight from Edmonton to Houston with a 40min connection before my flight to Miami. Is this enough time? Carry on bags only
Yes, that is possible if the flight from Edmonton is on-time. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Edmonton.
I have a flight from Venezuela to Delhi (India) with connections in Houston IAH and Newark, all with United. Do I need to claim my baggage in Houston? and pass through Customs ??
Yes, in Houston you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, and go through security. If you are a Venezuelan or Indian citizen you will need a transit visa.
Thanks a lot for you response
Flying from Birmingham al on united with checked bags having been checked in Birmingham 52 minute layover in Houston before flight to Calgary Alberta arriving concourse b departing for Calgary from terminal b- do I have time to make this flight?
Yes, all you have to do in Houston is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
Uhh oh I meant 42 minute layover to get to terminal b to c at Houston for flight to Calgary thanks for any help
Still possible. The Skyway train connects all terminals inside security.
I booked my flight with United but am flying Air Canada to Toronto for a layover, then to Milan. So do I go to IAH Terminal A where Air Canada departs or Terminal E for United international flights?
If the first flight is operated by Air Canada then you check in with Air Canada in Terminal A.
We have had an itinerary change and now have a TWO hour layover in Houston, we are 5 people (2 Adults plus older kids/teens), with luggage including ski gear in holiday season (Dec 27. '17; Arr 13:40 - Dep 15:40)

Both flights are United (although NZ to Houston is code share with Air NZ)

Is this enough time to get through customs, security etc to make the connection to Denver? Or should I NOT accept the itinerary change?
Yes, that is enough time if the first flight is on-time. You could ask for a later flight to Denver if that makes you more comfortable though.
I have a scheduled 530 pm flight departing SAT arriving in IAH around 635pm. My layover is 40min for the next international flight to Frankfurt. Is that enough time to arrive at the gate or will it be pushing the buttons? thank you for the response.
Another option would be leaving SAT to IAD with a 1hr 25 min layover and departure for Frankfurt. Is that enough time with assuming everything already checked in?
It's possible but obviously doesn't leave much time to spare. If you haven't booked it yet, I would book the 1 hr 25 min layover at IAD.
thx! So going with the 435 from SAT to IAD with a 1hr 25 layover is doable? It is in the holiday timeframe December 20/21. I don't know how IAD is connection wise..
Hi,
Arriving on a Monday morning from Tokyo on NH, and have a connection to YUL via IAD on UA. Transit time is 2:35. Is this enough time to clear customs etc and re check in? Alas due to work ticketing restrictions it will be seperate tickets, and won't be able to check through my bags all the way from Tokyo.
Thanks in advance
WIthout bags checked through this is just enough time if everything goes smoothly. You can also show your United confirmation to the ANA agent in Tokyo when checking in and ask that your bags be checked through to Montreal.
