Im flying from BOG to LAX through IAH- the flight from BOG arrives at 5:30 am with 2 hrs connection time till the next flight. Is customs usually crowded at that time in the morning? Will that be enough time? No checked bags
There are other arrivals from South America in the morning but the BOG flight is one of the first to arrive. You should have enough time. With no checked bags you can use the OneStop line.
Hi. I will fly in a few days from Miami to Auckland via Houston. First flight with United and second with Air New Zealand, same ticket. I have 56 min connecting time. I've ever been on IAH. Is it enough time?
You have enough time. You just have to go from your arrival gate in Terminal B or C to your departure gate in Terminal D. All gates are connected inside security by the Skyway train.
Hi, I am flying from Raleigh to Honululu via United Airlines with a connection at IAH. The connection time is 1 hour and 10 mins. I was wondering if this is sufficient time as the United agent did not have the gate information as yet. Would the arrival and departure be on the same terminal for United at IAH
Yes, that should be enough time. You will arrive in Terminal B or C and depart from terminal E. All Terminals are connected inside security by the Skyway train. You have enough time.
I arrive via Air Canada in IAH in Terminal A at 2:55 pm and have to get to Terminal B to depart at 6:15pm. Where is the Skyway Tram located in Terminal A? Would I have to go through securtiy again? Would I have to go through customs? Would I have to get any checked in luggage? Do I have lots of time? Any advice or information is appreciated. Thanks
The Skyway is at the center of the terminal and well marked. No, you don't have to go through security again. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Canada. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have plenty of time.
Hi. I will fly in april 2017 from Port of Spain in Trinidad to Munich in Germany via Houston. Both flights with United. I have 1h 55min connecting time. I've ever been on IAH. Is it enough time?
Yes, that should be enough time if the flight from Trinidad is on-time.
We fly in to IAH from NZ on 23rd Dec landing at 1.45pm. We have a connecting flight to La Guardia at 3.34pm. Our bags will be checked through. However I'm now really concerned that won't be enough time to clear customs. Will we be OK or should I change to the 5.45pm flight? I'd prefer the shorter layover as our travel time is already nearly 20 hours. Thanks
I have never had a connecting flight before. Have always flown direct. I have 60 minutes from when our flight arrives in Houston till our flight to Quito leaves. Do I need to get my luggage in Houston or do they route it to the connecting flight? What terminal will I arrive in, what terminal will we depart from? Any help is greatly apprecitated.
What airlines are you flying? Where in Canada are you coming from?
Flying in to Houston from Toronto on Air Canada. Connecting in Houston to United Airlines flight to Quito Ecuador
You will arrive in Terminal A and depart from Terminal E. You will pre-clear US Immigration and customs in Toronto. All you have to do in Houston is take the Skyway train from Terminal A to Terminal E and walk to your departure gate. You have enough time.
Hi i am travelling from Calgary to dALLAS connecting inIAH . I got 1h30min lay over to connect from terminal E to Terminal C Do I have enough time ..and Do i have to recheck my luggage or it will be done automatically
Yes, that is enough time and you also won't arrive in Terminal E. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Calgary. You don't have to do anything with your bags in Houston.
