Brighton CollectiblesMar 11, 201320Terrible rip-off store. Do not shop there. I made the mistake and the merchandise broke right away. The store refused to help me. I had the product there and they saw the damage, and refused to replace with an identical item right there on their shelf. They had my $300 bucks so didn't lift a finger to help. Our shop is well known for excellent, friendly customer service, a recognition of which we take great pride. When you were in the shop, they asked if you had a receipt for the purchase of your handbag, as all stores now require proof of purchase to replace such an expensive item. You told them that you did not have the receipt, at which time they informed you that without the receipt there was no proof of when you bought the bag and they could not exchange it for another one in the shop. At the time of your visit you were also informed that it is a Brighton Collectibles policy and that if there is a problem, handbags are covered by a 2 year warranty wherein they will repair or replace the bag for any issues with quality or workmanship. I hope that you are able to locate your receipt so that you can send your bag in to Brighton for repair within their warranty specifications.VLposted on Mon, Mar 11
