Pick-Up / Drop-Off - The passenger terminal curb front is limited to immediate pick-up and drop-off only, as well as valet parking service. Vehicles may not park or wait the terminal curb front.

Free Cell Phone Lot - for persons picking up arriving passengers. Location: Ross Drive, just south of Oostema Blvd. near the airport entrance. Park for a limited time free while waiting for your passenger to call advising you know they are ready to be picked up at the terminal curb front. You must remain in your vehicle at all times while in the Cell Phone Lot.

Parking Choices and fees for Valet, Short-Term, Long-Term & Express Shuttle Parking:

Valet Parking:
$17 per day; $10 for 5 hours or less

Short-Term (hourly) Parking: (During construction only: No overnight parking)
First hr - $2;
each add'l half hr - $1;
daily max - $24.

Long-Term Parking
Each hr - $2;
daily max - $8;
weekly (7 days) - $48

Express Shuttle Parking
Each hr - $2;
daily max - $8;
weekly (7 days) - $48

Lost Ticket Fee: $8.00 (except Valet Parking).

Credit/Debit Card Payment Lane - If you are paying with a credit/debit card, you can use special lanes for electronic payment - it takes about 30 seconds to complete. Most major credit cards accepted. Debit card transactions do not require PIN and are processed as a credit transaction. Credit/debit cards can also be used in the staffed exit lanes.

General Parking Information

Shuttle Buses to/from Passenger Terminal:
Available 24 hours a day in the long-term east and north lots and Express Shuttle parking lot. Passengers parking in the Express Shuttle lot will be picked up at their vehicle; those parking in the long-term lots should proceed to one of the bus shelter locations. All shuttle vehicles are wheelchair lift equipped. During construction activites, shuttle service is required to and from all long-term lots.

Valet Parking
Just pull up to the east end of the terminal to the valet parking stand and an attendant will be there to assist you. It's a fast and affordable way to catch your flight; and don't forget the added bonus of having a warm, snow-free car to get into after your mid-winter flight! Vehicle Assistance
Have a flat tire, need a jumpstart, or locked out of your car? For assistance, contact an airport police officer, parking attendant, shuttle bus driver, or Visitor Information Desk staff person. Or, you can call 616-233-6000 and someone will come to assist you.

Handicapped Parking
A designated handicap parking lot is located at the far east end of the terminal building. Handicap spaces are also available in all long-term lots and in the Express Shuttle lot. Complimentary airport parking shuttles are wheelchair lift equipped, and skycaps are available at the terminal curbside to assist passengers with the transport of luggage.
