Conference/Meeting Rooms:There are five conference/meeting rooms of varying sizes and amenities available for rent by the public. To reserve a room, call 616-233-6000. The choice of available rooms varies almost as much as the ways you could use them.
To reserve a room, complete the rental agreement and fax it to 616-233-6025, or call 616-233-6000 for assistance or additional information. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance - the reservation is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from an authorized Department of Aeronautics representative.

Room Sizes & Amenities: All meeting rooms are beautifully appointed, private, and quiet. All rooms are WiFi accessible and equipped with telephone ports.
Listed below are the individual rental rooms, their seating capacity, rate, setup options and amenities:

1. International- seats 50 - Rates: $40/hr; $100/half-day; $200/full day. Setup: conference, theater, classroom, "U-shape".

2. Golden Eagle - seats 12 at table and 20 audience - Rates: $30/hr; $75/half-day; $150/full day. Setup: conference

3. Ford - seats 35 - Rates: $30/hr; $75/half-day; $150/full day. Setup: conference, theater, classroom, "U" shape.
Amenities: television / vcr / dvd; projection screen; marker board; telephone ports

4. Michigan - seats 12 - Rates: $20/hr; $50/half-day; $100/full day. Setup: conference
Amenities: marker board, telephone ports

5. Kent- seats 8 - Rates: $15/hr; $40/half-day; $75/full day. etup: conference
Amenities: marker board; telephone ports

Special Events Counter - $30/hr; $75/half-day; $150/full day - own easels permitted - own signage allowed

Note: No charge for airport tenants. 1/2 day = 4 hours. Parking is not validated.

- contact HMSHost, at 616-233-6380. They can provide everything from coffee and rolls for that early morning meeting to full meals to cookies and pop.

Curbside Express Valet Parking is available for only $15 a day. Just pull up to the east end of the terminal to the valet parking stand and an attendant will be there to assist you.
