1. Bradley International Airport BDL can be reached by taking Exit 40, right off of Rt. 91 North or South. The Airport is located in the town of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, and is 12 miles north of the city Hartford, CT, and 12 miles south of Springfield, MA. Green Airport PVD is located near Interstate Hwy I-95 in the town of Warwick, Rhode Island, which is 10 minutes from Providence, the State's capital, and within driving distance of Boston, Cape Cod and Newport. Providence airport is served by many major airlines and several regional jet services and vacation charters, with muliple destinations in the U.S. and seasonal service to the Bahamas. Adding to TF Green airport's convenience is the bright and modern Bruce Sundlun Terminal Building, which was opened in 1995. The terminal has two levels - ticketing and all gates and concessions are on the upper level and baggage claim and rental cars are on the lower level. Transportation between Green Airport and downtown Providence: Peter Pan Bus Lines; RIPTA Bus (Kennedy Plaza and Providence train station); Airport Limousine; Airport Taxi. Kennedy Plaza offers connections to Greyhound Bus, Peter Pan, Bonanza Bus and other RIPTA routes throughout Rhode Island. The Providence train station offers connections to Amtrak and MBTA Commuter Rail.
