By the time your flight lands, you get off and find your way to the train-plane, your 9:16 flight will be long gone. Sorry!
We arrive on a flight from IAD to ATL at 2:27. Our connecting fly light to Houston departs at 3:05 out of T-16. Will we have enough time to make our connection. Not sure what gate we will arrive in ATL.
I have an early morning 6:55am domestic delta flight. What time should I get to the airport by the least? I was planning to take the the first MARTA train which arrives.at the airport station on 5:26 but would that be too late? I carry a non-US passport.

Just adding... I actually arrive the night before via international flight with Delta (around 8pm), but am leaving the airport for 11hrs lay over. Is it possible to do anything in advance before I leave the airport (e.g. check my bags) to shorten the time for next morning?
Arriving into Atlanta at 8:30pm on Delta.. doesn't give an arriving gate .. flight out is with Delta also at 9:16pm.. on my pass.. it says loading starts at 8:36!! Am I going to be able to make this flight??!! I'm worried !!!

Yes, you can make it as long as the first flight is on-time, but you have no time to spare.
We are flying into Atlanta on SW in the morning. We have 50 minutes before our departure to Cancun. We are a group of 4 with one with recent knee replacement. Concerned about distance between arrival gate and departure gate???
If both flights are on Southwest both gates will be fairly close to each other.
Hi there, our flight returning from Belize City allows us only 1 hour 37 minutes to get through customs, baggage, etc at ATL and onto our flight to LAX (we then go on to Sydney, Australia!) We arrive on a Wednesday around 5pm in the evening (I'd assume not a popular time for international flights?). Is this enough time?
That is barely enough time if everything goes perfectly.
We have never flown internationally. We will be flying from CAE (Columbia, SC) to ATL and then to PUJ (Punta Cana, Dominican Republic) and vice versa on our return. Can you please tell me how much time we should allow for arrival to both CAE and on our return to PUJ? Also, how will it work in ATL as far as customs and baggage, etc. for going and returning? Our layovers are 1.5 hours in ATL going and 2 hours coming back. Is that enough time to make connections? Thanks so very much!
On the way to Punta Cana an hour is sufficient. On the way back I'd want 2 hours. There is no US Customs when leaving the US. On the way back you will arrive in E or F, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, then re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and take the Plane Train to your departure concourse.
