Distance between F12 to T7Dec 29, 201210I have transition time of 1 hour. Please let know the distance between F12 to T7 for me to be able to take a decision to walk or take a trainSAposted on Fri, Dec 28[ Reply ][ Like ]On arrival at ATL at the new International Terminal, Concourse F, will go through customs clearance (CBP) at this concourse. Thereafter, follow signs to the 'Plane Train' serving all concourses in the center of their gate arrangements. At Concourse T take escalator/elevator to gate area with gates T9-15 and T8-1 on either side.sadec12posted on Sat, Dec 29

CustomsDec 14, 201210I am arriving from Paris at F4 at 8:35 and trying to make a connection to Raleigh at C7 at 9:45. I know this is tight, but maybe doable if I don't have to claim luggage for customs....is this still a policy? To collect your luggage and then recheck them for your connecting flight? Is there any chance I can make this? Also, this is the first time I have flown into F terminial. Do you take a train, or shuttle? I understand the shuttles are very small in capacity. Any tips of making this connection? Thanks for any help.khstudiosposted on Fri, Dec 14You will arrive at ATL at the new international J.Maynard Terminal, where you will go through customs clearance procedure and follow signs to the 'Plane Train' serving all Concourses in the center of their gate arrangement. Board the Plane Train and get off at Concourse C, which is divided into gates D30-57 & C22-C1. ATL claimed that baggage re-checkin is no longer necessary. Hurry!frdec12posted on Fri, Dec 14

1 hour layover - domestic south to interDec 2, 201210I have 1 hour between SFO-Atlanta-Brasilia, Brazil and need to transfer from domestic South to International. Will I have enough time?janet55posted on Sat, Dec 1Note that Atlanta's Domestic Concourses are T, A to D, with corresponding gates; The International Terminal uses Concourses E & F. At ATL, if arriving from a domestic flight & transferring to an international flight: (a) if arriving on a single ticket, you can proceed to your connecting gate by taking the underground Plane Train, stopping at the center of each Concourse. (b) if arriving on two tickets issued by non-participating airlines, you need to collect your bags and take them with you on the terminal connector shuttle located at the ground transport center; from there it takes 15 minutes to get to the International Terminal, where you have to check-in your bag again and then go through security and on to your gates. With baggage re-check you will have a very tight transfer schedule.sudec12posted on Sun, Dec 2

plane train or airtrainNov 29, 201210I have to transfer from Terminal S to Terminal I in one hour. I dont have to pick up my luggage because my flights are with delta. I want to know which is the fastest and easier way to go to terminal I from terminal S. Is it plane train or airtrain??adriana30posted on Wed, Nov 28At ATL, note that Delta uses Concourses A through F (separate buildings) with corresponding gates. (E & F gates are international gates). All Concourses - domestic & international - are connected by the underground 'Plane Train' stopping at the center of each Concourse. Simply follow signs. You have enough time.thnov12posted on Thu, Nov 29

PTY-ATL-PHINov 21, 201220I will be landing at ATL from PTY(Panama City) at 1:30 PM with Delta from the International Terminal and then will have a US Airways flight that departs at 2:50 PM from likely Terminal T(since all the non-Delta/non-Airtran-Southwest domestic airlines use Terminal T). Am I giving myself enough time and what can I do to help make sure every minute counts?mistermrposted on Tue, Nov 20On arrival at ATL, and after going through International Arrivals customs clearance procedure, follow signs to the 'Plane Train' serving all concourses in the center of their gate arrangements. Also, the Terminal Connector Shuttle located outside the Arrivals level takes you to the Domestic Terminal - a 12-minute ride. Note, however, that if Delta does not transfer your bags to US Airways (which are in Concourse D) - you would need to take your bags to the Domestic Terminal (taking instead the Terminal Connector Shuttle outside arrivals and taking 15 mins)and check them in at the US Airways counter, then take the Plane Train to Concourse D.wenov12posted on Wed, Nov 21On arrival at ATL, and after going through International Arrivals customs clearance procedure - usually taking 35-50 mins - follow signs to the 'Plane Train' serving all concourses in the center of their gate arrangements. Atlanta interntl terminal to C gate?Nov 19, 201210At Atlanta Hartfield, Is the new international F terminal connected to the C gates by train? If we check in for an international flight at F then how do we get to a flight on C?splattposted on Sun, Nov 18You cannot 'check in' at International Terminal and depart from Domestic Terminal. Presuming you arrive from an international flight at the International Terminal, & need to transfer to the Domestic Terminal: After debarkation, passengers walk the corridor towards the escalators taking them to the Arrivals level, where they go through customs & Immigration, then proceed to the baggage claim area which has 7 carousels. (a) Connecting passengers recheck-in their bags by proceeding to the transit area past baggage claim and turning left to baggage recheck counters, then follow signs to Concourse F Plane Train station or pedestrian walkway connecting to Concourse C of the Domestic terminal.monov12posted on Mon, Nov 19

timelineOct 27, 201210I m flying to Brasil and my flight parture at 7 pm from Baltimore and arrive at 9.02 pm in south terminal. My conection to Brasil is 9.50 pm in Maynard Jackson Intl terminal. 50 min is possible to get a flight? How do I get this map? Thank you.Ruteposted on Fri, Oct 261. Terminal layout at ATL: The Domestic Passenger Terminal at ATL houses the Ground Transportation Center, an Atrium, a Main Security Checkpoint leading to North & South Security checkpoints, and on either side of the Main Terminal the North & South Terminals; its Concourse T is attached to the Main terminal, with separate buildings for Concourses A through D, parallel to one another and arranged successively in distance from the main terminal. (Note that international Concourse E - the last of the five successive buildings - is now part of the new International Terminal.) 2. Connecting: All Concourses - domestic & international - are connected by the underground 'Plane Train' stopping at the center of each Concourse. 3. Arriving from a domestic flight & transferring to an international flight: (a) if arriving on a single ticket, you can proceed to your connecting gate. ConnectionsOct 20, 201213Delta Flight from Minneapolis to Atlanta to Liberia Costa Rica. 50 Minutes connection time. Is that enough time. Do we have to go through security again or can we stay in security side and just go to gate and do we have to print off another boarding pass or will we get it printed off the first leg?travelposted on Fri, Oct 193 people like this post [ Like ]Delta at ATL Airport uses Concourses A, B, C, D & E - with corresponding gates - look at your ticket and on arrival at overhead screens to find your departing flight number, gate & time. All concourses are onnected by the undergorund 'Plane Train' which stops at the center of each concourse - no need to go through security check. Presuming you have one ticket and one airline, 50 minutes will be plenty for transfer.saoct12posted on Sat, Oct 20
