I will not standing on the Terminal and my plain is away without me. is terminal I far away from terminal S? and have i enough time to arrive terminal S whith all the checks (passport, safty) and the way to the next terminal? and what is, when i dont arrived the plain to the right time? must i payfor an other fly or do the flycompany book the next fly for me? Thanks for the hlp. sincerly ReneReneposted on Mon, Oct 13 people like this post [ Like ]1. First of all let me assure you that you have enough time between transfers. However, make sure that you find out from your first airline if it will transfer your bags to the second airline, in case you use different airlines - if not, you need, on arrival, take your bag and check it in at the South Terminal's connecting airline desk. Also find out the airline rules about baggage and fees. Your passport needs to be valid at least 6 months after arriving at the U.S., if not, get a new passport quickly. 2. On arrival at ATL at the International Terminal, its Concourses E or F have separate immigration & customs checkpoints. While passengers arriving at Concourse F will go through customs clearance (CBP) at this concourse, regardless if connecting to other flights or not - Arrivals at Concourse E who need to connect to another flight will be processed right there. 3. Arriving from an international flight & transferring to a domestic flight: After going through International Arrivals customs clearance procedure, follow signs to the 'Plane Train' serving all concourses in the center of their gate arrangements. Also, the Terminal Connector Shuttle located outside the Arrivals level takes you to the Domestic Terminal - a 12-minute ride. Your connecting flight is in the (domestic) South Terminal.tuoct12posted on Tue, Oct 2

How to get to International TerminalSep 29, 201210My sister will be traveling next week thru ATL; her United flight from IAH will arrive at N according to her ticket (check of arrivals for today indicate flight arrived at D8A); her departure is from "I" which I assume is International with Westjet to YYZ Can someone advise the easiest way to get from her arrival gate to the departure gate. Her connection time is only 58 minutes.htebeposted on Fri, Sep 28Your sister seems to Arrive at the North Terminal (N gates) and will depart from the new International Terminal, either at gates F or E. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/atl and click on "Terminal Map" under QUICK LINKS, then scroll down to the detailed text for terminals & connections.sasep12posted on Sat, Sep 29

Please AdviseSep 19, 201210My international flight by Delta will arrive at Terminal F at 16:55, then my domestic flight by Delta will depart from Terminal B at 18:55. 1- do i have to collect my luggage & move it to the next flight or not ? 2- is 2 hours enough to go from Terminal F to B ?Shennawyposted on Wed, Sep 191. You arrive at the International Terminal: after debarkation, passengers walk the corridor towards the escalators taking them to the Arrivals level, where they go through Customs & Immigration, then proceed to the baggage claim area which has 7 carousels. Connecting passengers recheck-in their bags by proceeding to the transit area past baggage claim and turning left to baggage recheck counters, then follow signs to Concourse F Plane Train station. The Plane Train will take you to Concourse D, C, & B - B Concourse has gates B19-B36 at left, B17-B1 at right and escalator/ elevator to Plain Train at Concourses center). 2 hours will suffice.wesep12posted on Wed, Sep 19

is it possible?Jul 27, 201210my husband will be an incoming international flight and he needs to have ample time to arrive do the baggage requirements, and process through immigration with an interview to connect for a domestic flight to GRR IN 2 hours. is this possible? it would be extremely close in DFW...novice ATLposted on Fri, Jul 27Without the names of incoming and outgoing airlines I am not able to give you time and gate-to-gate instructions. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/atl and/or www.ifly.com/dfw, then click on "Terminal Map" under QUICK LINKS, then scroll down to the text giving you terminal, airline & transfer information. This is what ATL's rules are regarding international arrivals: International Arrivals at Concourses E or F have separate immigration & customs checkpoints. While passengers arriving at Concourse F will go through customs clearance (CBP) at this concourse , regardless if connecting to other flights or not - Arrivals at Concourse E who need to connect to another flight will be processed right there, while Atlanta-bound travelers will pass through a sterile corridor with moving walkways leading to the Concourse F's CBP. A 2-hour transfer should suffice.frjul12posted on Fri, Jul 27

Poor Editing of ATL DirectionsJul 8, 201212Would someone please edit the ATL Directions/Instructions. It is NOT "Plain Train", rather PLANE Train. How sad and embarassing. Next time, pay someone who knows how to use their brain and not spell check.spgposted on Sat, Jul 71 person likes this post [ Like ]Creating a new version of the Atlanta Airport contents after the addition of the new International Terminal took great effort and care, to make sure we give the reader a comprehensive guide. Indeed there are many references to the Plane train, only one of which was misspelled & not noticed - considering the volume of the new input, we are proud of our work - it is sad that you have nothing better to do - shame on you!sujul12posted on Sun, Jul 81 person likes this post [ Like ]
