Arriving on Delta 3699 @ 08:54 and departing on Delta @ 9:35. would I have enought time?

Yes, that is just enough time if everything goes smoothly. You just have to take the Plane Train from your arrival concourse to concourse E or F where you depart.

    Truly appreciate your feedback!

  • DL to AA in 55 minutes?

Arriving on DL at 2:35pm and connecting on AA at 3:25. Carry on only; can I make it or am I crazy?

It's possible with carry-ons only. It obviously depends on the Delta flight being on-time, but if you check in for your AA flight online all you have to do is take the plane train from your arrival concourse to concourse T or D where you will depart on AA.

    thank you!

Just found out inbound to ATL is delayed from EWR. Leaving 8am instead of 7am; ETA 10:15am. Outbound to ELH leaves at 11am. enough time?

that is enough time if the flight from Newark arrives at the stated time. The Plane Train connects all concourses inside security.

Thanks. So far, arr info is only Domestic South...too early for gate info. Fingers and toes crossed...

I originate in Melbourne FL airport and arrive in Atlanta airport and continue on to Manchester England. Is there enough time if there is 1.5 hrs in Atlanta. do I clear customes in Melbourne or Atlanta?

There is no US Customs when exiting the US. All you have to do in Atlanta is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate in Concourse E or F on the Plane Train

I am coming in from Fort Walton to the south terminal, not sure of gate but leaving from International terminal and have 1 1/2 hours. Is there enough time?

All you have to do is take the Plane Train from your arrival concourse to concourse E or F where you depart. You have enough time.

Plane arrives from Dublin @ gate E17 @ 6:27PM. Connection departs gate D30 at 7:56pm. Pre-check and Global entry all involved. Is there enough time to go through customs and make the connection?

You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Dublin. All you have to do in Atlanta is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate on the airtrain. You have enough time.

Sorry, I mean Plane Train, not Airtrain.

Flying in from Cancun mexico arriving at 10:30 need to get on a flight to RDU on frontier airlines leaving at 11:40. Is this an impossible connection to make? The tickets were booked separately to save money but wondering if that is not enough time ti get from Delta to Frontier terminal

Yes, that is completely impossible, especially if you have checked bags.

Arriving from Costa Rica on Delta and have one hour to get on a Southwest flight. I have Global Entry and will be carrying on -- no checked bags. Is this possible?

If you check in for your Southwest flight online before leaving Costa Rica and your Delta flight is on-time, since you have Global Entry and no checked bags, it's possible. But everything has to go perfectly.

Hi all, am flying into ATL and due to a delayed flight will arrive at 1:45 pm today into south terminal gate T6. My flight departs from gate D9 at 2:12 pm. Will I make my flight?

It's possible if you are able to get off the plane quickly.

I fly out of of Dublin tomorrow morning and was just notified by Delta that they bumped up my connecting flight leaving Atlanta. I now have a layover of an hour and seven minutes. After reading several other forums abut pre-clearance and customs, I'm worried that I will have to clear security and customs again with my bags (I have one checked) and then run to my gate to catch the connecting flight. I was originally under the impression based on Dublin Airport's website that my bags would be checked through to DFW and I wouldn't have to go through customs again. Assuming I will have to get my bags again, is an hour enough time to de-board, go through customs, drop my bag off again and still reach my new gate. Is any of this correct? I really can't

You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Dublin. All you have to do in Atlanta is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Plane Train connects all concourses inside security. You have enough time.

Actually, you will clear immigration in Houston and depart from gate H9, ultimately missing your flight and being stranded in Atlanta

Hi. Tuesday, Ausgust 16, I fly from Baltimore to Bloomington, IL. Depart BWI @ 1:45 with arrival in Atlanta at 3:33. (40 minute layover) before departing at 4:13 for BMI. Is that enough time? On the way home we leave Bloomington at 5:48 and land in Atlanta at 8:30PM before departing for Baltimore at 9:30PM. The flights to and from Bloomington are regional jets. Will I be able to make both of these connections?

It's enough time if everything goes perfectly. Obviously leaves no time to spare if the flight from BWI is delayed. The return connection is a bit more comfortable.

actually you will miss you flight and you will have to rebook with continental air. cancel this and fly America west

  • 1hr 22min is enough for AA - DL domestic with checked bags?

Arriving from DFW on AA at 09:53 pm Thursday and will Departing to MCO on DL at 11:15 pm. Separate tickets with checked bags. I have Skyteam Elite Plus tier but expecting plenty of people with Gold Medallion or higher at ATL.

In a normal situation, that would probably not be enough time. However, since your flights are so late at night, lines will not be as long. You should be able to make your flight, but with very little space for your American flight to be delayed. If possible, try not to check bags.

Yeah, I would really recommend trying to do this without checked bags if you can.

If the bags are slightly too big to carry on, you could bring them through security and have the airline gate check them. Although you will still have to pay, you will be able to pick up your bags at the ramp in Atlanta rather than be forced to wait at baggage claim.

That's not true. Gate checked bags on mainline flights go to the baggage claim.

Yes, you will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Nassau. All you have to do in Atlanta is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Plane Train connects all concourses inside security.
