I am flying in from CLT to ATL and I have a connection flight to BOG, Colombia. Is 40 min enough time to get from gate B10 to concourse E or F?

It's possible but it leaves no time to spare. The Plane Train connects all concourses inside security.

Hi traveling through to Atlanta from the uk on the 25th of December I have a connection to Detroit metro with an hour 40 minutes in between .does this leave me enough time ? .to go through security and back again? Anyone know where to go once in Atlanta harstsfield Jackson or any pointers to get me through fast?

You will arrive in the E or F concourse, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then go through security and take the plane train directly to your departure concourse. You should have just enough time if everything goes smoothly.

I'm getting a flight from Orlando to Atlanta, with a 56 minute connecting time to get another plane to Amsterdam. Is this enough time? Does anyone have any tips about how I can make the plane? It's my first time travelling alone and I'm nervous! Both flights are on the same ticket, it's with Delta.

Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate on the plane train and board your flight to Amsterdam.

I have a connection thru ATL to DTW coming from MBJ. I have a transit time of 1 hr and 30 minutes. Is this sufficient enough to pick my checked bags, go through customs clearance, drop off the bags and security check for the domestic flight? Thanks

That is just enough time if everything goes perfectly. It leaves no time to spare.

I am travelling in Air France from Mumbai to Tampa with a connection in Atlanta. Iam travelling Business class. It is all an air france ticket. from Atlanta to tampa flight number is AF 8682 operated by Delta.I have one hour and 55 minutes to connect. I am arriving in Terminal 1 and departing from terminal S. Will I make it. thanks Gorantla

You will arrive in the E or F concourse, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then go through security and take the plane train directly to your departure concourse. You don't actually have to go to the "S Terminal". You should have enough time if everything goes smoothly.

I am flying Delta out of CHA to MBJ with a 1 hour and 26 minute layover in ATL. I've never been to the ATL airport and this is my international flight. I'm just afraid that won't be enough time to make my connection.

All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate on the Plane Train on your way to Montego Bay. You have enough time.

  • Enough time between connections?

Flying from San Diego to ATL and ATL to Zurich in July. Is 2 hours enough time to make the connection? Coming back from Brussels to ATL and ATL to San Diego...again is 2 hours enough time to pass through customs/immigration and catch flight if all is on the same airline (Delta)? Thanks

Yes, that is plenty of time. On the way there all you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. On the way back you will have to go through Immigration, Customs, and Security but should have enough time.

What is Terminal "S" in Atlanta? After security where do I go for this terminal?

It's just Delta's side of the domestic terminal. if you're making a connection in Atlanta you don't have to worry about it.

Flying Delta from MKE to St. Lucia in March 2017. Have 45 min. between arrival and departure flights. I presume departure flight is considered international. Is 45 min. enough time to get to departure gate from arrival gate assuming flight from MKE is on time?

Yes, the plane train connects all concourses inside security.

I land in Delta South Terminal @ 10:15am and need to board an International Delta Plane by 10:55am will I have enough time to make this connection and what is the best route for me to take.?

You just take the plane train from your arrival concourse to concourse E or F where you depart. You have enough time if the first flight is on-time.

I am travelling to Nepal first time alone. So, I am bit nervous about going for the wrong direction or get lost. Could you please, help me in brief how do I go from first security check to catch my flight for Los Angeles as connecting flight ? Thanks!

You go check your bags, follow the signs to security, go through security, and then follow the signs to your gate. Unless you depart from Concourse T, you will take the Plane Train underground to your concourse. Then go up the escalator and follow the signs to walk to your gate.
