The AeroClinic (tel. 404-684-6600) on level 3 at the the Atrium (next to USO) provides a variety of services ranging from occupational medicine to primary care. Among the many options available are patient testing, pre-employment physicals, drug screenings, Workers’ Compensation services, and acute care to supplement existing Airport emergency medical services.

People With Special Needs / Persons With Disabilities at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta ATL Airport

1. When making airline reservations, be sure to mention your special needs, including wheelchair assistance.  Family member or caretaker taking you to the gate will have to stop by your airline counter to get a 'non-flying boarding pass'.

3. Parking for the disabled traveler is available in all parking lots; shuttle bus service is equipped with wheelchair accessible. Please call (404) 530-5010 for more information.
4. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.  If traveling with an attendant - unisex restooms are at gate T-11, A-8, C-11, D-5 & D-31.
5. TTY/ TDD telephones: Located at the Domestic Terminal North Baggage Claim area  as well as at Concourse gates E15, E29- D9, C13, B19, A24 & T3.

The pet relief area ('Poochie Park' is on lover level of Domestic Terminal North - outside of do LN2 (to the rig of the building) .
