Main Terminal / Concourses at Ibiza IBZ Airport
The two-level passenger terminal at Ibiza Airport has a ground level (P0) and a first level (P1). Departures are split between the ground floor (with departures hall, the airline ticket sales offices and check-in desks), and the first floor (boarding). Arrivals is on level P0 (with baggage claim - non-EU passengers use carousel number 1 and thereafter pass through non-EU custom - and Arrival hall).
Amenities and services inside the terminal: Aside from food & drink and retail concessions, the Terminal offers Wi-Fi internet access; Information counters for Aena, an Aena Passenger Service Office, and 'Island Council of Ibiza & Formentera' (only open at high season May-October).
Rental Car desks are on level P0.
Tour Operators (May to October) are on level P0.
A travel agency ‘Viajes Atalaya’ is located on level P0 (tel. 971 395 473).
