• FAT Airport Overview
  Fresno Yosemite International (FAT) Airport is a gateway to California’s Central San Joaquin Valley and Yosemite National Park. Although it is the closest airport to Yosemite, you’ll still need a car as it is over 100 miles to the park’s south entrance. Closer by is the city of Fresno, which is six miles from Fresno airport. The walls of FAT airport’s compact and recently renovated terminal are wrapped in scenic photos of Yosemite and the surrounding San Joaquin Valley. The airport is served by eight airlines, including American Airlines, America West Express, Delta/SkyWest and United Express. You can fly nonstop to 18 destinations including connecting and hub airports in Denver, Dallas-Ft.Worth, Salt Lake City and Seattle.
