Stolen computerJan 16, 201210Checked in my luggage at airfrance checkin and arrived at cdg at 6am Paris time on af337. Grabbed my luggage right away off of belt 14 at CDG and went straight into a taxi to my apartment. I opened my bag at my apartment and found my computer and all of it's accessories missing. I think that this must mean that someone saw my luggage had a computer in it when going though customs and they stole my computer. Has this happened to anyone before? I am contacting the authorities with the airlines, and both airports. Any suggestions on how to handle this situation would be much appreciated, thanks!***posted on Sun, Jan 15[ Reply ][ Like ]

IAH 40 minute connection timeJan 5, 201210Do I have time to make a connection at IAH in 40 minutes? Arriving from New Orleans connecting at IAH to Toronto Pearson? Will I make it in time? Never been to IAH before?Scottposted on Wed, Jan 4Depends on Airline - 40 mins is real tight. Look at your ticket to see which gate you arrive/depart from. My bet is that you arrive & depart from Terminal A - serving Air Canada, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, US Airways) and having gates A1-15 & A17-30. Hurry!MUCposted on Thu, Jan 5

how do i get to clearwater airport?Jan 2, 201210i am looking for airlines , which will fly from germany to clearwater. we wanna go on vacation to clearwater in august but i cant find any airline that will fly there. can anybody give me information about that? thank youwinterposted on Sun, Jan 1For Clearwater you can either use Saint Petersburg or Tampa Airports. From both Airports, it's only a 15-minute distance to Clearwater - one of my favored places - however, August is hot, hot and crowded!. Search at www.ifly.com for either PIE (Saint Petersburg, Florida (not Russia), or TPA (Tampa)airports and look under Airlines to see which airlines serve these airports from Germany.1039posted on Mon, Jan 2

KUL to OKC via ORDNov 23, 201111Can my baggage be checked through from KUL (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) to OKC (Oklahoma City)? And also, if my flight arrives at 1620 hours and my connecting flight to OKC departs at 1746 hours, is it sufficient time for me to catch the flight?SBRN2706posted on Wed, Nov 231. At KUL you need to make sure your bags have all three airport tags. Not all airlines extend baggage transfer to another airline's gate. When you check your bags in, make sure they do. 2. You will arrive at Terminal 5, the International Arrivals Terminal - where you need to go through passport check, retrieve checked bags, go through customs clearance and re-check-in your bag (or take it with you if airline does not transfer). 3. Thereafter proceed up one level to the Airport Transit System and take the ATS train which runs every few minutes to terminals 1, 2 & 3. 4. NOTE: Look at your ticket to see at which gate you depart from at ORD - Terminal 1 (T1) has B & C gates; T2 has E & F gates, T3 has G, H, K & L gates. (your ticket should read, B22, or C32, etc.)HH39posted on Wed, Nov 231 person likes this post [ Like ]

pots and pansNov 5, 201111We are flying to our own condo in Hawaii and want to bring pots and pans in our carry ons. Does anyone know if it is a problem?bacposted on Sat, Nov 51 person likes this post [ Like ]Your carryon can only weigh up to 25 lbs and needs to fit either in the overhead compartment of the plane or under your feet. I suggest you contact the Airport's Freight department and ship your ware via air freight or FedEx, etc. You can also pack them into a carton and check it in with your checked-in bags, all of which incur charges (bags over 50 lbs incur overcharges).MUCposted on Sat, Nov 5
