Helo. My 21 yr old daughter will be traveling alone for the 1st time in Europe. She will only have carryon luggage. She arrives FCO at 9:15 and her flight to London is at 11:45. Both are in terminal 3. What will she need to do when she deplanes to get to the next gate and is this enough time? Thank you!
Arriving at Terminal C, Gate 33 and departing Terminal C, Gate 27. Connecting time is 52 minutes. Is the enough time to make our connection?
Yes, those gates are literally a 3-5 minute walk apart.
I have a flight from Montreal to Toronto to Costa Rica. The layover in Toronto is only 1 hr 19 mins. Do we have to go through customs here? If so, will we have enough time? Thanks!
There is no Canadian customs when leaving Canada. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
Arriving from Brussels with Delta at T4 an take an intern Delta flight at T2. Do I have to catch my luggage, go through immagration (Belgian citizen) and customs ? This is the first time and I'm a little confused. Have plenty of time between the two flights. Please tell me how and what to do.
Yes, you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then take the AirTrain to T2 and go through security.
I will be arriving at LGA at 7:30 a.m. to then connect to a 10:a.m. departure flight to MSP. How far away are the two terminals and will I have enough time?
All delta gates are connected inside security. You can walk between them all in 15 minutes. You have plenty of time.
Thanks so very much ZAP. Have you been to the Minneapolis, Chicago and Philadelphia airports? Had similar questions regarding the arrival and departure gates at those airports. Thanks
Yes, I have been to all three airports - although I haven't been to Philadelphia in a long time (but I have a lot of information on it).
Terminal 1 in Minneapolis Delta; Terminal 3 in Chicago ORD American Airlines. How are the gates in these terminals. Thanks
MSP is a very nice airport. If you are flying American the American gates are in a small area. Terminal 3 at ORD is fairly simple and all gates are connected inside security.
Sorry, I read now that you are flying Delta out of MSP. Delta uses almost all of Terminal 1. It is generally pretty nice. Some of the gate areas are small but they are really only used for small aircraft.
You are so very kind to help with your advice and experience. My mind is so at ease now. I really appreciate your help!
Flying from Anaheim to Victoria via Seattle where do I go thru customs
You go through Canadian immigration and Customs in Victoria. There is no US Customs when leaving the US.
Me again, forgot to ask how to do we go about transferring domestic delta flight to Asiana airlines international flight. thanks
You will claim your bags, take the AirTrain to Terminal 4 if you arrive in 2, re-check your bags with Asiana, and go through security.
Hi! Our delta fight from Orlando arrives at 10:05 am at JFK. Our Asiana airlines flight is at 1:25 pm. Separate reservations. Will there be enough time? are they the same terminal? thanks
You will arrive in Terminal 2 or 4 and depart from 4. Since you are on two separate reservations you will have to exit security to claim and re-check your bags anyway. You should have enough time.
Any suggestion on best way
we are arriving at 5:40 am from the US and have a connecting flight at 11:50 to Rome. we plan to spend a few hours at the Yodel in the airport. Will we have to go through Passport check from the arrival gate to the Yodel? Also, how much time should we allow for leaving the Yodel and getting to the gate for our departure? thanks so much,
The Yotel is in the international transit area. So you will go through passport control when you leave the Yotel to go to your departure gate for your Rome flight. I would leave the Yotel at least an hour before your flight to Rome.
