I fly from PVG CHINA to Tampa Florida, bout fly with AA, connecting time in DWF is 1 hour and 45 min.IS it necessary to take my luggage or the transfer is automatic ? or is it better if I have just my personal luggage?

Yes, you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and then take the Skylink train to your departure gate. You have enough time if everything goes smoothly. Obviously, only bringing carry-ons does make it easier.

I am flying with AA from Tampa to Shanghai China , and have 40 min for connection in DFW. Will I make it?

Yes, that's possible but it leaves no time to spare. The Skylink train connects all terminals inside security.

I am flying seattle to tokyo with a 110 min layover and connecting on to a flight to kuala lumpur. The first is a delta flight then ANA airlines on to KL. Do I go through customs in Tokyo if I am not leaving the airport? Or to I go through customs when I reach Kuala Lumpur?

If both flights are on the same reservation, you won't go through Japanese immigration or customs in Tokyo. All you do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You go through Malaysian immigration and customs in Kuala Lumpur. If it's two separate reservations then you will have to go through passport control to claim and transfer your bags.

I'll be landing at lax from London at 5:30 pm then have a flight from lax to Pdx via delta airlines leaving at 7:55 pm. Will there be enough time to go through customs, retrieve luggage and get to the delta gate ?

Yes, that should be enough time if everything goes smoothly and is on the same reservation.

I`m flying to Rome Italy from MONTREAL YUL, we have a connecting flight in Philly that will take us directly to Rome. First question is where do I do customs ? and Second will my luggage follow or will I have to recheck them?

In Montreal you will go directly to US Immigration and Customs Preclearance. Your luggage will be waiting there for you.

My luggage will have to be picked up in philly or in Rome?

Hi! I'm flying from Paris CDG to MTY, Mex and my layover in DFW is of 1.5 hours. Will I have to pick up my luggage and drop it off again? Is it enough time for immigration!? I'm freaking out.. .

You will not have to claim and re-check your bags because you are on an international to international connection on AA through DFW. However, you have to go through Immigration, customs, and security. You have just enough time if everything goes smoothly.

THANK YOU, fingers crossed for everything to go smoothly then.!

I was wondering if there are certain gates/sides within a terminal where planes park for passport control? To better explain, when I went from Newark-Denmark-Stockholm, I got my passport stamped in Denmark and then when I arrived in sweden I didn't see passport control anywhere. But this year I'm going from Newark straight to Stockholm so I'm wondering if when we land, it'll be on a side with passport control. This is my second time traveling, just genuinely curious!

Im travelling by delta from PDX to Seattle and the connecting to Emirates to dubai. I have 2 hours and 50 minutes between flights. How far are the gates?

Do you have checked bags or not? Delta and Emirates do not have an interline agreement. If you do not have checked bags and check in online for your Emirates flight it is a very easy connection as you will arrive in A or B and depart from S.
