enought time?Apr 25, 201311We are travelling Msp-ATL-EZE (BUenos AIres) with Delta. The connection when we come back has a 1 hour 30 min. layover. Would that be enough time to make it from International Terminal to Domestic, considering we have to pick up our luggage and go thru Customs??Marposted on Thu, Apr 25It will be tight, however, the EZE-ATL flight gets in very early in the morning so Immigration shouldn't be very busy then and even if you do miss your connection, Delta has an entire day's worth of ATL-MSP flights you can be rebooked on.ZAPposted on Thu, Apr 251 person likes this post [ Like ]

jfk to St. Petersburg, RussiaApr 21, 201320I am flying from JFK to St. Petersburg, Russia with a change of planes in Moscow(SVO) All flights are on Aeroflot and arrive and depart from terminal D in Moscow. Do I have to go through customs and security after I arrive in Moscow, and can the change of planes be done in 1 hour and 45 minutes? I am very concerned about making this connection. Any tips would be appreciated.dr dwkposted on Sat, Apr 20As an international arrival at Sheremetyevo Airport, you need to follow signs to the Arrivals Hall, go through passport control, complete the immigration card and proceed to the baggage claim area claiming their bags and take it to customs control where your bags may be be inspected; thereafter, re-check-in your bags & proceed to your connecting flight. You have enough transfer time.suapr13posted on Sun, Apr 21

Denver to Edinburgh via FrankfurtApr 15, 201310We are traveling May 2 from Denver to Edinburgh (both non-Schengen) on Lufthansa transfering planes in Frankfurt. The flight to Frankfurt appears to arrive at either C or Z gates and the flight to Edinburgh (also Lufthansa) appears to leave from B gates. We have only a one hour layover in Frankfurt. What's the best/fastest way to get from C to B or from Z to B and will we have to go through pasport control and/or security? Thanks for any help you can offer.JuliePposted on Sun, Apr 14Lufthansa uses Terminal 1, Concourses A & B at FRA; today's Denver flight is listed as '1B'; while the Edinburgh flight is '1A'. On Arrival at FRA you need to go through non-Schengen immigration /customs clearance before proceeding to your connecting gate on level 3. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/fra; then click on 'Terminal Map' under QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the detailed text.moapr13posted on Mon, Apr 15

American 507 to Horizon 2314Apr 4, 201340I am connecting from American 507 from Chicago to Alaska/Horizon 2314 to Vancouver. I want to know the landing gate and departure gate and how difficult this change will be.dan44posted on Wed, Apr 3Your arrival and departure at Chicago depends on whether you use Chicago O'Hare (ORD) or Chicago Midway (MDW) airports, and whether you are an international or domestic arrival. At ORD, American uses Terminal 3 for domestic, and Terminal 5 for international flights, and Alaska uses Terminal 3, which has Concourse gates G - L with corresponding gates. Your ticket should indicate Terminal & your boarding pass will indicate gate number (i.e., gate G19. nternational Terminal 5 has M gates M1-21. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/ord (or mdw), then click on 'Terminal Map' under QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the detailed text. If you are an international arrival at Terminal 5, pay attention to 'getting around' section.weapr113posted on Wed, Apr 3It appears he's connecting at SEA not ORD. Right now AA uses A at SEA but is soon moving to D. Your Horizon flight to YVR will probably leave from C.zapposted on Wed, Apr 3yes, I am talking about making the change at SEA. Do I have to go through security again after leaving term. A to go to term C?dan1944posted on Thu, Apr 4

Toronto to San JuanApr 2, 201310I am considering a flight from Toronto to San Juan in December that connects through JFK. The layover is only 45 minutes but we can go through US customs in Pearson airport in Toronto so we can avoid that at JFK however the flight from Toronto arrives in terminal 2 and the flight to San Juan departs from terminal 4. Is the 45 minutes enough considering we don't have to clear customs? Both flights are with the same carrier so the bags should go all the way through.CDN girlposted on Tue, Apr 2Both flights would be with Delta I assume? If so it's possible to make the connection, but be aware that JFK is pretty delay prone. However there is an airside shuttle between Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 so you can make the connection without having to go back through security. So, assuming your first flight is on-time, it's possible, barely.ZAPposted on Tue, Apr 2

Is this Connection Possible?Mar 31, 201310Here's how a tour agency booked my 82-year old Mom thru Dullus: Sunday 4/07 arrive from Cleveland 11:40AM at gate A3G. Depart Dullus on UA for JFK at 12:17PM from Gate D4. Only 37 min. Is this even possible? I'm thinking not ...JoeJrposted on Sat, Mar 30At IAD Dulles Airport, the Underground Aerotrain runs in a continuous loop from the main terminal's post-security area to the center of the midfield concourses A/B (A gates) and C/D (C gates), takes minutes, but presently does not serve the D gates; A gates are connected by walkway to the main terminal, and the shuttle bus to the D gates is located on the Main Terminal's lower level (to the right of the passenger walkway to A& B gates). I don't consider 37 mins adequate time for anyone, let alone an elderly person. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/iad, then click on 'Terminal Map' under QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the detailed text.sumar13posted on Sun, Mar 31

connection from 8 to 6Mar 29, 201310I will be flying in to terminal 8 and then have a 30 minute layover until my next flight. Unfortunately looking into other flights with the same route etc., my connecting flight to HNL can be in either terminal 6 or 7. In either case will I have enough time to do either of these scenarios? Do I have to go through security again from terminals 8 to 7 or 8 to 6? Also with that tight of a schedule knowing these circumstances, would it be best to carry on or check luggage? Thank youamycposted on Thu, Mar 28Presuming you mean LAX Airport, 30 mins is definitely not enough time if you need to change terminals, where you need to go through security check at connecting terminal: While T6 & T7 are connected by underground tunnel, T8 is a short walkway from T7. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/lax, then click on 'Terminal Map' under QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the detailed text.frmar13posted on Fri, Mar 29

baggageMar 28, 201310i,m arriving in denver on frontier alines and i,m transfer to another frontier airline will i have to recheck by baggage or will they do that automatically?skrposted on Wed, Mar 27Your baggage will be checked through to your final destination. If both of your Frontier flights are domestic you don't have to do anything with your baggage and won't touch it until your final destination. If your first Frontier flight is international, then you will have to claim your baggage in immigration in Denver then re-check it with Frontier once you exit customs.ZAPposted on Thu, Mar 28

MIA: from Conc.. D to Conc.FMar 27, 201310Diners Club credit card offers Aiport Lounge service, located somewhere in Concourse F, but my AA flight leaves from Concourse D gates. How can I get from one side of MIA terminal to the other ?***posted on Tue, Mar 26At MIA, the 3 terminals surround the parking area in a semi-circle. The North Terminal has D gates, the Cenetr Terminal E, F & G gates. The Skyride Connector, a moving walkway on level 3, connects all terminals. The MIA Airport lounge Club America is on level 3 of Concourse F, post-security.wemar13posted on Wed, Mar 27
