I lost my computer either in the restroom in terminal 3 arriving from Salt Lake City on April 27th or left it on the aircraft. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I can publish this item for Lost and Found? This computer has the only pictures of my mother who passed away on Aug. 10, 2010. I am sick about this. I will offer a reward...
There needs to be a map that shows the different levels. I tried to find a map that would show passenger pickup for an incoming family member and was not able to find a map to direct that person to the location. There used to be a multi-level map but not any more.
It would be great to create a guide for arrival protocol at various airports - which airports have cell phone waiting areas or where to "wait" if they don't, if there is a separate arrival & departure gate (if a nice friend is going to pick you up) - think this would be immensely helpful to orient travelers on arrivals!
My flight was canceled today due to Alaska Air's computer glitch and I have been trying to cancel my parking reservation that I made all afternoon. Their offices closed 5 eastern so by the time I got out of the airport chaos I couldn't call to cancel and their website cancel policy on their website tells you to "cancel using link below" and their is none. I hope my money is refunded!
My daughter's phone died so she called us on a payphone using a credit card. She first called me but I was still at work and then she called my husband. Both 1 minute each call and we got charged 19.98 a phone call! 40 bucks for 2 one minute phone calls! WTF???!!! What kind of gouging is this???
Recently while waiting for passengers, and very briefly stopped before steadily circling as plane was late, were approached by this very RUDE person on a golf cart. We were the ONLY car around, and this person had the New York accent, curly hair at about 9:15 pm. This person needs to be in another line of work. We will never use this airport again as long as this person is allowed to work there. I intend on filing a formal complaint. I am a very patient person, but the smart comments and attitude is not appropriate for a person dealing with the public like this. Don't get me wrong, we really like this airport, convenience, etc, however this did not leave a very good impression to me or the passengers which I was picking up. Thanks, Steve
