transportMar 31, 201210As an inexperienced traveller, arriving terminal 5 at 7pm, could somebody please suggest the best and quickest way to get down town. Should I use the shared shuttle service and if so, do I need to book in advance, and where would I need to go to find my vehicle.grey britposted on Sat, Mar 31Getting from ORD to Chicago: 1. Trains: (a) Subway trains from CTA 'L' Blue Line depart underground of Terminal 5, and Metra North Central's commuter trains stop at the O'Hare Transfer station, which connects to the Airport Transit System by a shuttle bus. (b) the CTA Orange Line links directly into Chicago's Loop with connections to all other lines in the loop. Other regional train and bus information may be obtained by going to the website for the Chicago Area Regional Transportation Authority. 2. Buses: The Bus/Shuttle Center is on the ground level (Level 1 near elevator center 3) of the elevated parking garage. This center is the central pick-up facility for regional and hotel courtesy buses, airport rental car agencies and parking shuttles. It is easily accessible by pedestrian tunnels from Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Some regional buses also pick up at Terminal 5. Pace bus picks up at the "Kiss and Fly" area.samar12posted on Sat, Mar 31

Amtrak ticketsMar 31, 201210Hi. We will arrive by JetBlue, so I assume Terminal A. We have to take an Amtrak to PHL. We need to pickup our tickets. Is there an Amtrak counter on the airport side or do I have to take the Airtrain to the station? I am very confused with the $5.50 fee to access the station.lupibeanposted on Fri, Mar 301. AirTrain Entry/Exit $5.50 is included on New Jersey Transit and Amtrak tickets to/from the Airport. The Newark Liberty Train station is a 7-minute ride to/from Terminal C. Tickets for the Airtrain are available at AirTrain Stations of each terminal. 2. Amtrak service on Northeast Corridor runs every hour(tel. 800-872-7245).samar12posted on Sat, Mar 31
