  • Groundlink pick up - where do I go?
    Sep 29, 2012
I'll be coming on United from Chicago what terminal will I end up on A or C? and where would I meet an appointed pick from Groundlink? B-1 or C-1?

While Terminal C is the exclusive United Airlines terminal, United & United Express also use Terminal A for some flights. (Terminal B is for international arrivals, other than United). Don't understand your second Q.

  • map to find the Sound transit Link
    Sep 25, 2012
I will be flying in on Alaska airlines. How do I found the Sound tyransit Link from Baggage claim.

Alaska uses North Satellite, and Concourses C & D of the Main Terminal, connected by the STS Train (follow signs on arrival to 'Main Terminal'). Sound Transit routes 560 & 574 make ickups/dropoffs at main terminal bus stop on the lower drive (baggage claim level).

  • Car Rentals
    Apr 15, 2013
How do you get from baggage claim to car rentals? I'm used to the Oakland airport. First time at SMF in along time.

At Sacrament Airport, exit your terminal and take the frequent Rental Car Terminal Shuttle to the Rental Car Terminal located on McNaire Circle, near Air Cargo and Beneto.

Head towards baggage claim and there will be signs pointing you in the direction of the car rental agencies. It is very simple and easy to find! or you can hire your own car rental from TCL

how i get from the san antonio airport to star soccer compex?

VIA Metropolitan Transit (1-866-362-2020) to downtown stops on the Lower Roadway (Arrivals Level of Terminals A & B, across the marked crosswalk to outer curb. . Route 5 runs daily to downtown within half an hour and costs about $1.10. VIA's streetcar service takes over from that point. For more ground transportation info call 210-207-3411.

  • transfer from JFK to LGA
    Nov 20, 2012
My mom is arriving from overseas to JFK, and she has 3.5h to go throuth customs, grab bagadge and go to LGA(check in, check bagadge and sit in airplane) Is it enough time for her? and if she is late to the plane, what next? THANK YOU

As an international arrival at JFK your mom needs to go through passport control, pick up bags, and go through customs clearance (35-45 mins at non-rush hours) - These are her transfer choices from JFK to LGA: ETS Air Shuttle 718-221-5341; All County Express 914-381-4223; NYC Airporter 718-777-5111. Travel time 45-60 minutes. She needs to check in her bags at LGA, go through security, and on to her connecting gate. (To find out which terminal at LGA, open and click on "Terminal Map" under QUICK LINKS, then scroll down to the detailed text.

3.5 hours SHOULD be enough time if she doesn't arrive during rush hour and has no major delays, but it will be very tight under the best of circumstances. Make sure she takes a taxi between the airports (budget $30-35 or so) otherwise there's no way she'd make it. As for the second part of your question - depends on the airline. I've been late for flights and have them just rebook me on the next flight with no problem, but I've also had to pay for a new flight. More of a chance for the former, but you never can be certain with them

  • Terminal and Train Connection
    Sep 11, 2012
We arrive from Vancouver, Canada via Amsterdam to FCO. What terminal will we be arriving at? We plan to take FR1 train to Trastevere Station. What exit do we go through to find this train? Do we go through customs in Rome? Thank you.

On arrival at AMS you need to go through 'Non-Schengen' line for passport check; Your arrival and departure there depends on your airline. When arriving at FCO, you will exit at 'Schengen' line (domestic) - then proceed to the baggage claim. FCO Airport's train station is located in Terminal 3's concourse leading to the H gates. Sabina-Fiumicino line FR1 run every 15 mins and you can change trains at the following stations: Tiburtina, Trastevere .... I suggest you open to familiarize yourself with the arrivals/ departures system - click on "Terminal Map" at QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the text. (do the same at

  • Ground Transportation at Logan
    Sep 10, 2012
It's abysmal. No signage. No eay way to book shuttles to and from the hotel. For a major city in North America, I'm more than disappointe.

Many of the US Airports are now starting to make amends; case in point: BOS: 1. Construction of ConRAC, the Consolidated Rental Car facility at Boston Logan, is scheduled to be completed by 2013. 2. Terminals B, C & E renovations / upgrades, are tentatively scheduled to be completed June 2013). Upon completion, Terminal B will house United and Terminal C Jet Blue; both terminals will provide better customer service and a post-security connection between both sides of Terminal B and between Terminals C & E. This will eliminate having to go through secuirty check again.

Could you tell me how much it cost and the name and number of the service you used ?
