Hi, Moving to San Antonio in June. Need to commute from Potranco and 1604 area to the airport at least once a month. Are there any $30-$40 shuttle services I can hire? Thanks!

Did you ever find a ride? I need to get to the airport and I am from the same area as you... let me know please

Hi. Im travelling on United from Atlanta to Houston & then connecting to Dubai on Emirates. How can I tranfer my baggage between the terminals? Are we allowed to take the luggage trollery in the Terminal link?

No, you cannot take a luggage trolley on TerminaLink. However, if you have to claim your baggage then re-check it with Emirates in D (and you don't arrive in Terminal C or E on United), then you can take your baggage on the Inter-Terminal Train which runs outside security. Also, if you arrive in Terminal C on united then you won't have to take your bags on any train and can just walk to Emirates in D.

    RT to Kerrville?

There is no scheduled shuttle service to Kerrville, you'll have to either get a taxi or rent a car. There's also two daily Greyhound buses from downtown san antonio to Kerrville, but you would have to get downtown to use that so it probably wouldn't be worth it.

I will need a shuttle to York, penna from philadelphia, airport.

There are no shuttles between PHL and York. Your only options are to rent a car or take the SEPTA into downtown philadelphia and then take the Greyhound bus to York. Or get a Taxi which would cost about $200.

About how long does it take to clear the airport and get to Termini Station? Arriving via LHR from the US. I know the express itself is 30-35 minutes. How much time should be allowed to clear non-Schlengen customs, etc.? Thanks!

I would guess with walking to the station and clearing immigration, you will arrive at Termini about 2-2.5 hours after your scheduled landing time.

  • cheap transport for 6ppl 10bags

looking for the cheapest most reliable transportation for 6 adults with 10 suitcases from LAS to lake las vegas can be van, minibus, anything that will fit us! thanks!!

At LAS, RTC public buses are available to downtown Las Vegas via Bus 108, and Bus 109 takes you to the South Strip Transfer Terminal, the Consolidated Rental Car facility and to Maryland Parkway. Beside shuttle vans, the ACE Gold Line bus runs along the Las Vegas Strip and connects with Route 109 south at the South Strip Transfer Terminal (there is no direct bus service to The Strip).

  • T3 tram after arriving.

I am flying into Terminal 3 and then taking the WAX bus. Is it possible to take the T3 tram to Gate D and then take the other tram to Terminal 1 baggage claim? Or is my only option to wait for the airport shuttle outside T3 to drive me to T1? The two trams just seem quicker.

I need roundtrip transport from Philly airport to Claymont, De on Fri, 3/22 & Claymont, DE to Philly airport on Tues, 3/26.

From PHL Airport SEPTA buses 37 & 108 also offer service to Downtown Philadelphia, with stops along the way. For SEPTA 'general information' call 215-580-7800; for SEPTA 'CCT Connect' call 215-580-7700 - or visit SEPTA at septa.org. For transportation information other than for SEPTA call the Ground Transportation hotline at 215-937-6958.

We are picking up some Italian friends who will be arriving on Lufthansa this afternoon from Frankfort. They are coming into terminal D but I think we pick them up at Terminal E International Arrivals. (They will have checked luggage.) Is that correct?

  • shuttle bus from vung tau to airport
    Mar 12, 2013

hello, I was recently lucky enough to be directed to a bus van shuttle from the airport at Ho Chi Minh City that took us all the way to Vung Tau, the tourist capital of south vietnam. It was about a 3 hour journey, and would have cost us a few hundred U.S.$ for a regular taxi, but this van shuttle bus cost only about 15$ U.S. Now I struggle to remember what the NAME of this great shuttle bus company was, and WHERE exactly they drop you and pick you up in Vung Tau? Does anybody know? (p.s. - this shuttle service is NOT part of a 'tour package' - it's available for ANY traveller)

  • bus from SAN ANTONIO TO IAH

My daughter is flying out of IAH but needs to get from SAN ANTONIO to IAH. She is inexperienced with multiple changes. Is there ground transportation from San Antonio directly to airport? What is the easiest, safest and least expensive way to get between the two?

IAH and San Antonio are over 200 miles apart and I don't think there's any direct transportation between San Antonio and IAH airport. Have you considered just buying a ticket on United to fly from IAH to SAT? Advance purchase tickets are only about $80-$100 one way which isn't much more than you'd spend on a bus.

Have tried for several minutes to locate transport from Bishop Airport to Midland, MI - not possible. won't try your site again!!!!!!!!!

The only scheduled bus transport from Bishop Airport is a daily Indian Trails bus that leaves at 330 PM and arrives in Saginaw at 4:45 and Bay City at 5:20 an an express bus that leaves Bishop at 11:00 AM and arrives in Bay City at 12:05. You can then take a taxi or get someone to pick you up to take you to Midland. http://www.indiantrails.com/sites/default/files/1482.pdf

  • Change Planes in 30min

i am flying into ctl on wend at 7:15am. I am changing planes and leaving at 7:45 to lax. Is it possible to get off the plane and to another terminal in 30 mins? I don't know what terminal I am flying into or out of yet it is the same airline for both flights though.

While CT's concourses A through E surround the main terminal and you can walk to your connecting gate without going through security check, you probably don't even need to change your Concourse - depending on which airline you take. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/clt then click on 'Terminal Map' under QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the detailed text.

  • Can I get a bus from MEX airport to Quer
    Mar 1, 2013

I am landing at MEX on Aeromexico at 6:30pm (1830) on a Thursday night in March. Can I get a bus to Queretaro after I get through customs? How do I purchase a ticket and please tell me what terminal Aeromexico lands at and how do I purchase a bus ticket? Where do I go to get the ticket and board the bus?

On arrival at Terminal 2 of MEX Airport - after going through customs - you can catch the long-distance buses at the Ground Bus Terminal located at the side of T1 & T2, in the international section, to destinations like Cuernavaca, Puebla, Queretaro etc. The Ground Bus Terminal also offers a VIP lounge, internet, resting areas, conference room, reading sections, fast food & shops, as well as currency exchange. A ticket office for 'Foreign Buses' is on the Ground Floor. Can't tell you if buses leave after 7pm. Try to e-mail the airport at comentarios@aicm.com.mx

it appears from other comments that going thru 'U.S. customs clearance' BEFORE I arrive at La Guardia (in my case in Montreal)and NOT checking in bags but simply bringing carry-on luggage (one laptop and a schoolbag less than 20 pounds O.K. I hope) will significantly save time, so that I guess I could just step off the plane at La Guardia with my carry-on luggage and walk to the nearest taxi or even shuttle bus, please correct me if I'm wrong. The other thing is, when I go to Newark Liberty airport, on a Saturday early afternoon I suppose there will be some traffic, but again I could save time if I DIDN'T have to go through U.S. customs as the check back in Montreal is sufficient and again I can just use carry-on luggage, please tell me if I need to go thru Customs again at Newark.

No, you will not need to go through any immigration in Newark, just security. 5 hours should be plenty of time, especially on a Saturday.
