My wife had a Lithuanian Passport and we were traveling from Miami to Vegas. TSA would not let her on the flight because she did not have any ID from Florida. Florida would not give her and ID while she was a Greed Card applicant

I have the same issue going on, I need to get from the East coast to the West coast so that I can complete my residency procedures but at the moment all I have is my Mexican passport and consular ID, can I travel by plane with these.

You should arrive at JFK at Terminal 4. Make sure your bags were properly tagged with JFK and OAK. After going through customs, you need to re-check-in your bags, then proceed by Airtrain which runs at that time every 7 minutes to Terminal 5. T5 has on its departures level the surrounding gates.

From O'Hare's International Terminal to any of the Domestic Terminals: After exiting the Federal Inspection and luggage re-check areas, proceed up one level to the Airport Transit System where you can easily connect to terminals 3 for domestic flights. The free ATS shuttle train running every few minutes can take you there. Terminal 3's Upper Level leads to Concourse L to the left with 11 gates, the Y-shaped gateway to Concourses K with gates K1-K20 and Concourse H with gates H3-H18 in the center, and Concourse G with gates G1A-G21 to the left - with gates G13-G117 on the Concourse's lower level .
