travel inside security to other terminalMar 21, 201210My sister is flying our of PLL on US Airways and I am traveling on Delta. Will we be able to meet to get something to eat together AFTER we each go through security?patposted on Tue, Mar 20Delta uses both Terminal D (gates D1-16) and Terminal E (gates E-17); US Airways uses Terminal F with gates F1-23. Yes, there are food concessions in the secured area. As Terminal F is separate on the north side of the other terminals, you need to take the shuttle bus (oeprated by US Airways) running between Terminal A & F. International transfers should allow at least 30 minutes to connecting terminals.wemar12posted on Wed, Mar 21

Only 1 hour layover enough time?Mar 16, 201210My mother will be flying from tel aviv (Israel) to amsterdam and will fly from there to Seattle (USA). There is only one hour layover. We know her departure gate is at E terminal but still do not know at which terminal she will arrive in. Is one hour enough time to transfer from one gate to the next?sakoba819posted on Thu, Mar 151 hr seems to be extremely tight, as you will have to go through Netherlands' customs procedures first. The passenger terminal at AMS has everything under one roof. The arrivals level on level 1 is marked as 'Arrivals 1' through 'Arrivals 4': Arrivals 1 & 2 areas lead up to Departures 1 & 2; and Arrivals 3 & 4 lead up to Departure 3. The Departures level on level 2 has Departure areas 1, 2 & 3, corresponding Lounges 1 to 4 (Lounge 1 is the Schengen lounge - you are non-Schengen (foreign), and Gate areas B-C, D, E, F, G-H, & M. Departures 1 uses the B & D gates; Departures 2 uses the E gates; Departure 3 uses F, G, H & M gates.frfeb12posted on Fri, Mar 16

Layover TimeMar 14, 201210Looking into purchasing a ticket with a brief 35 min layover at SLC enroute to Orlando. How busy is this airport? Do they have a train like Atlanta to get b/t concourses? I could take an earlier flight, which gives me a 2 1/2 hr layover, but wanted some advice from fellow travelers at SLC. Thanksshoeposted on Tue, Mar 13All terminals are connected to each other and concourses and gates are easily reached from level 2. Terminal 1 has Concourse A (American, Continental, Continental Express, Frontier, & JetBlue, US Airways & US Airways Express) and gates A1-8; and on Concourse B (Delta & Southwest) gates B1-18. Terminal 2 (Delta) has Concourse C and gates C1-13. The International Terminal has Concourse D (Delta) with gates D1-13, and Concourse E (Delta Connection & Skywest) with gates E60-85.wemar12posted on Wed, Mar 14

International Passenger PickupMar 12, 201210Where would I need to go to meet someone I have to pick up arriving from an international flight after I park in the short term parking and they are clear through custom? And is terminal B for all international flights?bossycaoposted on Mon, Mar 12As an international arrival, your party will arrive at Terminal B - unless they fly Continental Airlines, in which case they arrive at Terminal C. They will need to complete customs procedure (about 35-40 mins) before they can exit the secured area of the terminal. I suggest you meet them in the Arrivals area close to the information counter. For up-to-date parking information call 1-888-250-8277 or 973--679-1135 (press 2 for fees).momar12posted on Mon, Mar 12

Need to wait at airport between flights.Mar 11, 201210Will be flying in at 9:55 PM and departing at 6 AM. Will this airport be open between these flights? Will it have secure lockers where I can leave my bag until next flight? Are there food services during those hours?roanhorseluvposted on Sun, Mar 11Sloulin Airport in North Dakota is a small Airport. Even though it is mostly a general aviation airport, scheduled passenger service is provided by Great Lakes Aviation (a code-share partner with Frontier & United airlines) to Chadron, NE, Dickinson, ND, Gillette, WY & Sheridan, WY. If your checked bags will have all 3 airport codes on their tags, they will be forwarded to your connecting flight at 6AM. In general small airports close with the last flight and open shortly before the first flight out. However, you can contact the airport operator for details at http://www.cityofwilliston.com/ContactUs.aspx or call (701) 774-8594.sumar12posted on Sun, Mar 11
