    Who can I complain regard improperly packaged goods in the duty free shop? Last week I got seized goods at Schiphol airport, which recently purchased the Philadelphia airport. The duty free shop bag was not properly arranged, sealed as suposed to be. Thanks

    There is a 'Beauty Lounge of Houston' in the central terminal - not sure if it's for a hair cut. Best to ask an attendant, if transferring to another flight. Otherwise stop by at the information desk in the Arrivals area.

    TIBIT (The Bradley Terminal) in the center of the U-shaped terminal complex has the most selection.

    Your best bet would be to go over to the Tom Bradley terminal, which has the best selection on food & drink, as well as shops.

    First open www.ifly.com; enter "SJC" in box below "Find an Airport" (Under AIRPORT SEARCH); click on "Search". At the Mineta Airport site, click on the top row's "Flights & Hotels" and choose under "Flights" AIRLINES. There you will see what you need.

    With 2 small children in tow, it is not advisable to hunt for food first. Go straight to your gate area. If you still have time on arrival there, there may be some food available you can take onboard.

Description: quilted, black denom material, no zipper, opens with front gold turn latch, hot pink lining inside, has handle that retracks up and down to roll the bag, rectangular in size, looks like box, no outside pockets, very simple look. there was one purchased at Chicago Airport but they couldn't remember the name of the store. Does anyone know which store this item can be found?

    The main level has a restaurant and Starbucks near gates 5 & 6; however, being Christmas day they may not be open.
