Mcdonalds Terminal 1: Starving and rushed for my plane I ordered a chicken sandwich combo before boarding at Gate 14. The manager gazed at me from the fryer and said to me "please be patient the fry's aren't done yet". I said no problem may I have my sweet tea while I wait... certainly he said... After a few minutes the fries were done and I was all set... I quickly asked if I could get my tea topped off before I go as I had finished almost half while waiting and he smiled and said... So sorry... we don't do refills! I tried to share my concern but it fell on deaf ears - didn't have time to wait so I glared as Dr. devilish as I could and thanked him, and told him that its obvious how much he loves his job!

    You did the right thing.

You did the right thing. That McDonalds loser should have had his grease hot before he opened.

  • California Pizza Kitchen ASAP

The California Pizza Kitchen at the Sacramento Airport had terrible service. I ordered my meal and waited about 30 minutes. I enquired of the server about my meal. She had to resubmit my order to the kitchen. When it came out it was not correct. I gave the server a meal voucher with my credit card to pay the difference of the meal after the voucher. When she came back from the cash register, she informed me because the meal was wrong and late she did not charge my credit card. She would take the voucher for the full price of the meal. She not only took my voucher, but she charged my credit card for the full amount of the meal. I tried to contact the restaurant with no success. They do not have a phone number or email address listed. Even when I called directly to the airport and they connected me to the restaurants phone, there was no answer and no voice message available. I was very disappointed that the Sacramento International Airport would allow such an unresponsable restaurant to be allowed to take advantage of passengers.

Super convenient, right in baggage claim. Nice to get a coffee while waiting for bags, or grab something while waiting for inbound flight!

HIt that place all the time waiting to pick up my girlfriend at SJC.

Does anyone have the phone number to the Just Design store in FCO? I'm already back home and I want to buy another t-shirt from them.

For the first time in my life I left no tip. After being served poor quality food and a glass of iced tea I waited over an hour and was not asked or offered anything else, even a simple refill on my tea. I had to get up and go ask for a check. The male server was the absolute worst ever.

You did the right thing, when we entered a hotel or restaurant ,we expect a good service from them..and if they are not able to give their best to their customer then we should not left any tip for them.

I live in NYC and a friend has a layover at LGA. Is there a bar or restaurant at the airport we can meet at outside of security since I don't have a boarding pass?

Open http://www.ifly.com/la-guardia-airport/terminal-map and click on each of the terminals for restaurants.

Very nice information, thank u for sharing.

My family will have a layover at IAH in Dec, we will need to eat something but it needs to be gluten free. Anyone know of GF options in ternimal A

there is only one Gluten-free restaurant, but in Terminal C, North, near gates C14-C23 - open 6am-9pm (Camden Food Co.) You can take the above-ground TerminaLink train from TA to TC inside the post-security area.

Yes Wenov12 is perfect, you can follow his information.

My family is arriving in early evening with a young child. They want to get a bite to eat at the airport before going to their hotel. Where can we go?

I suggest you open http://www.ifly.com/john-f-kennedy-international-airport/terminal-map - then click on the terminal your party arrives at, scroll down beyond the map & you see Stores/Restaurant listing & map location.

I have to make an important conference call two hours before my international flight from JFK and was wondering if anybody knows of a business center at JFK where I would have acess to a landline or alternatively a hotel nearby. THanks

Unfortunately, JFK site does not list business services - see http://www.panynj.gov/airports/jfk-shops-restaurants-services.html - then click on each terminal & go down to "Services"; They do have airline lounges - but don't name them: located at T1 (4 on Concourse level, 3 on Mezzanine level); T3 - near gate 12; T4 - 2 on departures level; T8 - post-security, near entrance to Concourse B. Alternatively: Call the Ramada Plaza (building 144) tel. 718-995-9000).

We will be flying on Southwest into LAS and have a 2 hour layover and are hoping to find a big breakfast. Anyone have any suggestions for a good breakfast? Looks like we will be arriving into concourse C. Am I limited to that area or can I get to other areas without having to go through security? Thanks.

On arrival at LAS, Concourse C, there are a good number of food establishments in the secured area.

Thanks. I looked at the map and see several restaurants listed but not sure how many are open for breakfast and for more than just a breakfast sandwich. For instance do places like Jose Cuervo Tequileria, Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill, and Blue Burrito Grille serve breakfast or are they only open later in the day?

Ordered a single with Cheese ONLY and got a single with lots of everything. After scraping everything off with a spoon and napkin, I discovered the inside of the burger was cold and very pink! The meat had a foul fishy odor that I can still remember. I took it to the cashier (who at the time was telling her manager that her nipples were still itching from the piercings she had recently!--nice). She took my burger back and yelled and told a guy in the back to nuke me another one a little longer. NUKE?? what happened to "old fashioned hamburgers" I'll never eat there again at any location. Disgusting.

THANK YOU..... I will NOT meet my friends there nor eat at such.... obviously the "AIRPORT" 'we don't give a D*mn' RULES... thank you I hate airports... they just don't give a rats a**.... someday there will be competition @ AIRPORTS with RESPECT to those who pass through..

I am looking for shops that sell Alberto Martini handbags. These bags have a map design. I saw them in the airport but didn't have time to stop.
