  • Connection on LH flights

Good evening, Coming from GOT as LH821 in 22nd of september, i should take another flight to Paris as LH1030, but there is only 45min of connection time. Do you now if this is enough ? Thanks you in advance. Mickael

Lufthansa is using both A & B piers at FRA Airport. The A gates were temporarily renamed to Z11 to Z25 during construction. Look at your ticket and at arrival at overhead screens to see at which pier you arrive/depart from. If you need to change between A & B piers, use the SkyLine train. You have sufficient time.

I'm arriving from Libreville on LH 589 on Sunday. (06:25) I'm booked to depart on LH 940 to Manchester... (07:25) Will there be enought time ???

At FRA, on arrival from Gabon, you will be getting off at either of the Z-11 to Z-25 gates, used for non-Schengen (foreign) flights of the A pier (concourse). Look at your ticket and at the overhead screens on arrival as to which gate you will depart from (could be the same A pier or B pier with B gates - both served by Lufthansa; A & B piers are connected by a tunnel. One hour will suffice.

My husband and I were walking towards this restaurant and we noticed one of the employees from Famous Famiglia mouthing something to us....she was telling us that we were disgusting and pathetic...why? Because my husband is black and I am white...she continued to do this everytime we had to walk past...it was so alarming that I contacted the company via email to tell them of our experience...they never even acknowledged the email. So sad...little does she know I prayed for her and her lack of love and respect for God's creation...praying she has a change of heart.

RIP OFF!!!!! I was travelling home and had a layover and needed to get some dinner. I ordered nachos and when my bill came there was an error. When I brought it up to the server he indicated there was an error in the menu. He looked at other menus and the prices were all the same. Upon speaking to the manager he indicated corporate must have changed the prices and there was nothing he could do. Poor customer service, I am a frequent traveller and will never go back there again.

Hi , am arriving by virgin VS21 from Heathrow at 15.10 hrs on 15 th dec by business class.have to catch united UA 419 to orlando at 17.35 . pl guide on way to domestic terminal and whether 145 mins are enough--i have a family including my mom who will be on wheel chair(she is 81 years old--we are on a vacation

1.The first thing you will need to do is contact Virgin of any special needs your mother may have, including wheelchair. If bringing along her own wheelchair also ask about their policy getting it on the plane. Furthermore, ask if Virgin will transfer bags to United - if not, you would have to check bags in at the UA counter prior to continuing to your next flight. 2. As international arrivals in the U.S., you & your family will need to go through passport check, pick up bags, and go through customs clearance; then re-check-in bags where indicated. 3. You arrive at Virgin Atlantic at Concourse A and need to transfer to the United flight at either Concourses A, B or C (domestic United gates). On arrival you will board the shuttle to US Customs, and take the shuttle thereafter to your departing concourse & gate. You have enough time. (look at your ticket and on arrival at overhead screens to find your connecting concourse & gate.

i will be arriving from Charlotte, NC with United Express@ 1131 am. how do i get to UA international gates? i only have 1 hr 49 min to catch my flight to Tokyo. Please advise on the fastest way to get to my gate.

You will arrive at IAD at either of the domestic Midfield Conourses A - C and will depart from international Concourse C. Note that C gates C1-30 & D gates D1-32 are connected by a walkway, and a shuttle takes you from gate A6 arriving between D gates 15-21 & 9-11. (D gates cannot be accessed by train). You have plenty of time.

I'm flying in from London (via British Airways) and meeting my friends who are travelling from France (via Alitalia). I believe we are arriving at different terminals. Will be both have to go through customs? Where would be a good place to meet? I land about an hour before my friends do. Thanks!

Most likely you arrive at Heathrow Airport at Terminal 5, which is exclusively for British Airways, or at Terminal 3 where it shares with other airlines. Alitalia will come in at Terminal 4. You will have to pass non-Schengen (foreign) clearance, if your friend has an EU passport, can just pass at the Schengen exit to the unsecured areas of the terminal. As LHR is huge I suggest you open www.ifly.com/lhr and click on "Terminal Map" under QUICK LINKS - scroll down to the extensive text. The site will also list restaurants & shops.
