    I recently left a small bag with a new golf glove and shorts bought at the airport after security.I believe I left it at gate ten on Friday the 3rd,a long shot was it passed back to the store.My email address is wmaccormack@shsdelta.org Thank you I bought them at the PGA Marketplace

    I arrive at SFO at 11PM on Virgin America (terminal 2). A friend arrives at midnight, so I'll be hanging out waiting. Are there any food places or bars open at that time? Looks like only places to get a beer and food are in the international terminal at that time. Can i leave terminal 2 and go to another terminal or does that require me to exit security?

    Bought a cute pink purse coffee cup for my wife at this store the decal melted off the ceramic cup when she washed it. Returned the cup for a refund and the manager refused to do any kind of exchangr. Was told to leave or airport security would be called. DO NOT SHOP HERE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE IS JUNK...

    Hello, one of my friends isn't legal in the US. But is looking to fly domestically in the United states. Just received the NYC identification card. Is that good enough to fly? Is anything else needed? Can they get deported ?

    This airport is ridiculous. There is nowhere to eat once you are inside security except for the Pork and Pickle which you have to walk about a mile to get to. The food looks mediocre - I didn't even try it. But I did have a glass of wine which cost $23! This airport should be completely revamped.

    Brittany in your Euro cafe was extremely rude to a deaf lady behind me in line to get coffee. After I told her the lady had a hearing problem. She said obviously and rolled her eyes. My coffee was completely cold and she told me it did not need stirred. Totally rude. Apparently her boss needs to give her some training in customer service.

    Gordon Biersch was awful. They didn't tell us they would close shortly in the middle of the afternoon, and while we were eating they were scraping chairs across the floor and some blonde dimwit was yelling to her co-workers non-stop behind our head. Epic Fail. Never again.

    Not many options in terminal A of DCA airport, but this was a terrible experience. First, they don't take your order. You can only order on an iPad (which they have and will let you use). I'm gluten-free, and they have Boar's Head meat, which is gluten-free. But ordering on an iPad, there was no way to customize the order to tell them I didn't want bread. I own an iPad and I'm very good with them. Trust me, there was no way to order what I wanted on the iPad (it wasn't user error). After struggling for several minutes, I asked someone making sandwiches if I can give them my order. They said "yes, what do you want." I told them "Italian, with no bread, plus mayo and oil." I got no response. After a few minutes I asked the same person again if I could give my order. She rudely put down everything she was doing, raised her voice at me and said "I asked you what you wanted and you didn't say anything so I assumed you were leaving." She said it so loudly, the 15 people in line all heard. Rather than argue, I apologized and told her again. But when you order, you don't pay (no way to take payment on their iPads). So they have a holding area where people wait for their sandwiches. No rhythm and no rhyme the order the sandwiches come out. Some people waited 5 minutes, I waited 20 minutes, and someone else waited about 25 minutes. Eventually they call out the order, anyone can claim it, then they take your money. Very disorganized. At one time, she shouted "who wants a Reuben" and then they made half-dozen Reuben's and gave them out. Next time I'm in DCA airport, I won't be returning...if they are still in business.
