connecting flightFeb 9, 201210I will be flying in (co1507) Continetal to IAH AT 10:30 AM then flying out at 11:05 continental (co 4356) to ELP is this enough time to switch planes ? or am I doomed ?les traveledposted on Thu, Feb 91. Continental uses domestic Terminals A, B, C & international Terminal E at IAH. If you are an international arrival (and unless you went through customs clearance in Canada), you will be processed in the International Arrivals building, part of Terminal E (TE) -you need first to go through customs & take the escalator down to Baggage Claim Level 1. From there you go through Exit Control and enter to the right the baggage recheck area, and straight out arrive at the International Arrivals Lobby, where you take the escalator down to train serving Terminals A, B & C - the train runs continuously and takes minutes. Check your ticket for gate numbers: TA has gates A1-30; TB gates 60-88 distributed at 4 corners of the gateway; TC gates east C14-24, west C29-45. 35 mins is only doable for domestic to domestic transfers.MUCposted on Thu, Feb 9

Connecting within Terminal BFeb 9, 201212I am connecting flights in Boston between US Airways and American Airlines. Are there post-security options to get between the separate buildings and gate areas?rmb1130posted on Thu, Feb 92 people like this post [ Like ]Most likely, both arrivals and departures are in the same terminal for US Airways, even though it serves both Terminals B & C. American departures are in Terminal B. If only Terminal B applies, you can transfer inside security. If US Airways lands in Terminal C (look at your ticket for gate number), you need to exit TC and re-enter connected TB, going through security again. This is the layout of the two terminals: US Airways side has gates B15-21 at right, B1-3 left, B4-14 center; B22-38 are across the B Parking garage and have on lower level gates B9a & 9B. The American Airline side has gates B22-29 to the right, B30-36 at center & B47 & 38 at left. [C gates are C11-20, C25-36 & C40-42.]HH39posted on Thu, Feb 9

domestic to international terminalFeb 9, 201220we will be arriving on a Delta connection operated by Pinnacle from Detroit & need to connect with Air France (to Tel Aviv) with an hour to do so. We've never been through JFK. What is the quickest way to make this connection? Thanks for any help you may give.Pamposted on Wed, Feb 8Delta (no Pinnacle listing) uses Terminal 1, while Air France uses Terminals 2,3 & 4. Check your ticket for arrival/departure gates: T1 has gates 1-11; T2 has gates 19-29; T3 gates 1-18. Terminal 4 is divided into A & B gates A2-7, B20-30. All terminals are served by the free AirTrain, running on average every 8 mins, and located at: T1 arrivals level, outside, center; T2 outside arrivals, T3 outside domestic arrivals, T4 inside arrivals level, center.1039posted on Thu, Feb 9Delta (no Pinnacle listing) uses Terminal 1, while Air France uses Terminals 2,3 & 4. A66 to C20 w/in 40m?Feb 8, 201210Can I tram from A67 to center of A then take tunnel to C via moving sidewalks? Ran for last transfer and almost had a heart attack. Plc advise. Many thanks!NEKTIposted on Wed, Feb 8Yes, you can take the Express Tram from teh north station near gate A67 to the center near the water feature, and then proceed via tunnel to the C gates. (C8-43, arranged in five clusters, four of which have three gates on each side, the last cluster has gates C32-43. An elevator between Concourses B & C leads to the Lower Level gates C1 to C7.) I am not sure whether the tunnel has moving sidewalks.MUCposted on Wed, Feb 8

AIRPORT PARKINGFeb 8, 201211Hi, I am meeting my wife at terminal 3 this Saturday, Can you tell me where is the nearest parking to terminal 3 arrival. i am planning to be at the airport for 1 and half hour. And how far is the parking to the terminal 3 arrival.applejuice19posted on Tue, Feb 71 person likes this post [ Like ]You have 3 choices: The best one is to use the free Cell Phone Lot on Network Road (accessible after intersection of 427, & 409). Stay with your car until your wife collected luggage and calls you to be picked up at the terminal curb. Alternatively, use the parking garage in front of Terminal 3 - the first 20 mins are about $3.HH39posted on Wed, Feb 8

LAX Terminal TransferFeb 7, 201210We arrive Terminal 5 and fly out of Terminal 3 Virgin America. We have allowed 2hr 45mins. What is the best way to change terminals? and have we allowed enough time?Martinposted on Mon, Feb 61. Prior to your departure, make sure that your first airline will transfer your bags to your connecting flight (not all airlines do, in which case you need to take your bags along & recheck them in at T3. 2. If you are an international arrival - unless you have gone through US customs clearance by participating airports, you need to go through passport check, retrieve checked bags, go through customs clearance and - if transferring to another flight - re-check-in bag (the tag should indicate layover and final destination Airport Codes). 3. Terminals 5 & 3 are on opposite sides of the parking garages. To get from T5 to T3 you need to take the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island (in front of each terminal), under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. Your next stops will be T6, T7, T8, T1, T2, T3 - six stops - a 15-minute ride. Your time is more than ample and allows for eating or shopping.PilotJoeposted on Tue, Feb 7

Arrival and DeparturesFeb 7, 201210If I am coming in on a Horizon/Alaska Flight and leaving 25 minutes later on a US Airway Flight where do I come in and where do I leave from and do I have to go thru security again?valeegirlposted on Mon, Feb 6While US Airways uses Concourse A only, Alaska/Horizon uses both Satellite South (for international arrivals) & Concourse C. All concourses are connected at post-security, enabling passengers to freely move around without having to leave the secured area. Walk quickly from the A gates to the C gates.1039posted on Tue, Feb 7
