distanceSep 11, 201230what is the distance for walking between the two terminalsdutchboyposted on Sun, Dec 4Not sure; however, the free LINK Train runs 24/7 between Terminal 1, Terminal 3, the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, and the Economy Lot ('Reduced Rate Lot') at Viscount Station; Trains stop at the following locations: (a) For Terminal 1, the train platform is in the T-1 Parking Garage, 5th level. To get there from the terminal take the West pedestrian bridge to the parking garage. (b) For Terminal 3, the train platform is located inside the Terminal 3/Sheraton Hotel pedestrian bridge. To get there from the terminal follow signs up the escalator or elevator to the Sheraton Hotel.1039posted on Sun, Dec 4It is not possible to walk between the terminals at Pearson. There is a free monorail accessible from the parking garages at either T1 or T3 terminals.TOguyposted on Wed, Feb 8

South Terminal to E27Dec 4, 201110I am arriving from Toronto (DL4025) at 8.51am I believe at South Terminal and have connection to DL531 to Cancun at 9.47am from E27. Is it enough time to make connection and what is the best way to get thereAlex_sauposted on Sat, Dec 3Today's arrivals/departures at ATL did no show either flight. However, keep in mind that for boarding there are six concourse buildings parallel to one another, with Concourse T being directly connected to the main terminal, and Concourses A, B, C, D & E being arranged successively in distance from the terminal. The center of each terminal has escalators to the train, with the gate areas on either side, and food & drink establishments, retail stores, services and lounges disbursed throughout each concourse. Concourse E, the farthest terminal from the Main Terminal. Look at your ticket which will show you the gate you arrive at (i.e., B-10 would be Concourse B, gate 10, etc.) you have plenty of time, as Toronto has U.S. customs clearance & you won't have to do that at ATL.HH39posted on Sun, Dec 4

directionsDec 4, 201110I am arriving Dec. 24th in terminal 2 and only have 1 hour between flights. What is easiest way to Air Choice One's terminal 3?teri2443posted on Sat, Dec 31. 12/24 is one of the busiest days at the airports. You need to know exactly where to go; also consider airline delays at this time of the year. The gate areas at T2 & T3 are connected. Terminal 2 has E & F gates, if you arrive at F gates 11A, B or C, you arrive on the lower level, while all other E & F gates are on the upper level. (look at your ticket which should show, i.e., E-14, F2 or F11B, etc.). The ATS train runs every few minutes, but runs counter-clockwise - Terminal 1 being the last stop. Terminal 3 has concourses G, H, K & L - Concourse L to the left with 11 gates, the Y-shaped gateway to Concourses K with gates K1-K20 and Concourse H with gates H3-H18 in the center, and Concourse G with gates G1A-G21 to the left - with gates G13-G17 on the Concourse's lower level.1039posted on Sun, Dec 4

Terminal 2 to Terminal 5Dec 3, 201110I'm coming from Philadelphia and arriving through US AIrways in Terminal 2, then heading to Terminal 5 to catch an international Korean airlines flight. Do I have to go through TSA again? Would this be enough time? I have 2 hours before my flight leaves. Thanks!PHLposted on Fri, Dec 21. On arrival at Terminal 2 you need to take the ATS shuttle train (follow signs) to Terminal 5 (train makes its loop counter clockwise, T1 being the last stop. At Terminal 5, where the Concourse wraps around the concession court, you have three gateways: gates M12-21, M7-M1 & M8-M1 - prepare for long walks. The ATS shuttle departs and arrives in the secured area, no need to go through TSA again. 2 hrs. are plenty of time!HH39posted on Sat, Dec 3

International TravelDec 3, 201111I am Flying into ORD from GRB on American Airlines and leaving ORD on LOT Airlines to Warsaw Poland. Do I go through customs at GRB? Will my luggage be transfered by AA or will I have to recheck my luggage and go through customs at ORD? Will one hour fourty min. be enough time? THANKSDMCposted on Fri, Dec 21 person likes this post [ Like ]1. Not all airlines offer courtesy transfers; contact your airline to make sure. 2. Only international arrivals go through customs check. 4. You arrive at terminal 3 and depart from terminal 5. You need to take the ATS shuttle train which runs every few minutes (follow signs). You will have long walk to your gate at Concourse M of T5.MUCposted on Sat, Dec 3

Belongings extracted from my carry-onDec 11, 201131On Dec 01/2011 around 7:25 through 7:50 I went through the security checkup at the entrance for Gate D. After screening my 2 carry-ons, I was invited by a female officer to open my luggages. In my plastic bag with liquids was an 100ml used Sensodyne tooth paste. She told me that isn't allowed. I poined on the 100ml and told her that I am allowed to carry liquids up to 100ml package. She seemed to agree. She then found a bottle of water I simply forgot it to empty before going to Gate D, and I agreed to be discarded. Then she pulled out a small plastic bag and asked me about the content. I explained to her and she convinced herself about the content: 4 slices of ornamental stones, with the price ($6.99 each) on the backof each, receipt attached to the bag. I took them in the carry-on because these are very fragile. She then took my both carry-ons back to the x-ray unit, operated by a young american-african lady, informed her about the incriminated objects, run the luggage through x-ray machine for the second time, then she returned my carry-ons and told me that I'm clear to go. The whole discussion was nice and very polite. Back home, I wasn't able to found the 4 stone slices and the tooth paste in my carry-ons. Could you help me? I'm living in Canada, and the 4 stone slices were the most wanted presents for my family. Please let me know about the outcome 403-866-9404 or sfeclas@shaw.ca***posted on Fri, Dec 21 person likes this post [ Like ]I would try this: Items lost in the public areas of McCarran Airport - including security checkpoint & gate areas, may have been turned into LAS's Lost & Found inventory. Open mccarran.com/LostAndFound and click on "Submit a new Lost Item Report". Your information will be kept in LAS's database for 30 days and you will be notified if there is a match. 2. For more information call 702-261-5134, Mon-Sun, 7am-11pm PST.1039posted on Sat, Dec 3Thanks for the post! Actually I contacted the Lost and Found right after posting - and I did found them. Very helpful people, they let me know that either: 1. Pick the items until January 01, 2012; 2. Agree to be sended to my address, but the parcel would cost $75 to $100; 3. Abandon the goods. I won't be able to return to Las Vegas that soon, and I don't want to abandon the goods. But, in my specific situation, I don't understand why do I have to pay for shipping? It wasn't my fault! I would unconditionally agree to pay if I would forget something in that area, but the officer EXTRACTED the goods from my luggage w/o giving me any notice or receipt: she just told me that I'm clear to go after returning the two carry-ons. And the fourth item she was initially questioning was a radar detector. And the radar detector was put back in my carry-on. Why should I pay for somebody else's mistake? I'm a person who's taking responsability for my actions; consequently, I'm expecting from the security checkup authority to do the same. My THANK YOU to the Lost and Found office for the e-mail informing me that they have the items!Aurelposted on Sun, Dec 11It looks that your Lost & Found phone number is set on MESSAGE, because nobody was able to call you for the last 2 days! Because the Security Office doesn't give a dime on customer's problems (see previous posts), I do have to ask you for a big favour: please kep my items until January 5, 2012. Pretty please! A friend of mine will try to retrieve my extracted belongings - but not before January 4, 2012. He has the item ID# and he'll mention my name. PLEASE, DON"T DISCARD MY ITEMS UNTIL JANUARY 5, 2012! I'm TOTTALY disappointed by the Security Dept: shame on you for the way you treat the people transiting the Beautiful McLarren International Airport: no follow-up, no excuses, no attempt to correct your employers' mistakes! Your reaction is simply DISGUSTING! Convincing me that visiting the USA and spending my money there isn't a good idea, as long as the treatment you get as a guest is crappy. Hope that you too have learned something from my bitter experience...Aurelposted on Fri, Dec 30

Terminal 5 to Tom BradleyDec 2, 201111Whats the best way to get from delta terminal 5 to Tom Bradley Int terminal. I have 1hr and 30 min. Thanks!!tlay0912posted on Fri, Dec 21 person likes this post [ Like ]After exiting Terminal 5 you need to take the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island (in front of each terminal), under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. However bear in mind that this bus, starting from Bradley, makes its round first to Terminals 4 to 8, goes over to Terminals 1, 2, 3 and back to Bradley. You will have 7 stops - about 18 mins. Thereafter you need to go through security check again and on to your "M" gate (left gates M101-106; right gates M119-123.HH39posted on Fri, Dec 2

Saudi Airlines ticket counterDec 1, 201110I will be arriving via United Express, will need to retrieve my bag at pickup, find the Saudi ticket counter to check it and go to Saudi Airlines terminal. Can you help please?llibposted on Wed, Nov 30United serves domestic terminals A & C. Saudi Airline is in Terminal A, which has gates A1-15 and A17-30. You need to look at your ticket which gate you arrive at and depart from. If you arrive in Terminal A, you simply walk to your departing gate. If you arrive in Terminal C, you need to take the above-ground TerminaLink train to Terminal A, which stops in the post-security area. You check in at your original departure terminal. If (at your original check-in airport) you were informed that United will not transfer your bags (a few airlines do not) then you would have, on arrival, proceed to the baggage claim area, pick up your bag, and - if continuing flight is in Terminal A, proceed to the departure level, go through TSA check and on to your gate - or if you arrive in Terminal C pick up your bag, go to the departure level and check it in, go through TSA check, then proceed to the TerminaLink train to get to Terminal A.HH39posted on Thu, Dec 1

Gate 6Nov 30, 201110How long from the time I check in my baggage will it take me to get to gate 6 allegiant?Kleeposted on Wed, Nov 30Allegiant is serving in Terminal 6 which has gates 60-63 & 66-69 on opposite ends. Look at your ticket to see which gate you arrive at. Once you have checked in you go through TSA check and on to your gates. Watch the overhead screens indicating Airline, flight number, time of departure and gate. Time depends on the line in the check-in area and on to your gate.MUCposted on Wed, Nov 30

ITom Bradley International to T3Nov 30, 201110Hi, what is the best option in getting to T3 from the International terminal ... I have 3 hours and some check-in bags secondly, where do we recheck in the bags once clear customs etcJayposted on Tue, Nov 291. Three hours are more than adequate. Unless you have gone through US customs clearance by participating airports, you need to go through passport check, retrieve checked bags, go through customs clearance and re-check-in bag (the tag should indicate layover and final destination Airport Codes). Signs will guide you along the way. Count on 30-45 minutes for this procedure. Once you are ready to proceed to Terminal 3 (you may want to eat or shop first), exit Tom Bradley Terminal and walk (to the left) to the next terminal, which is T3. Or you can take the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island in front of each terminal, under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. but makes its run from Bradley Terminal to T4-T8, over to T1, T2 & T3, - a 30 min. ride. Either way, you need to go through security again at T3 before proceeding to your gate.1039posted on Wed, Nov 30
