My UA795 flight from SEA lands at 12:00 at IAH and my connecting UA 4503 flight to BTR leaves at 12:50. Boarding ends at 12:35. Is this enough time to make my flight? Do you recommend checking a bag?

I am traveling from Bangor, ME to DC and only have a 30 minute layover...the arrival and departure terminals are the same should this be a problem?

What airline? Where are you connecting?

US Airways...going to Orlando. I see it is the same terminal, but can't find gate numbers and I want to be prepared to make the connection.

  • 1:40 connection time (AMS-DTW-MBJ)

Hi, we will be arriving on Saturday at 10:30h with DL0133 at DTW and have a connecting flight DL0942 at 12:10h to MBJ. Will this be enough time?

That should be enough time. You will arrive in the McNamara Terminal, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the transfer desk, go through security and to your departure gate which will be in the same terminal.

    ZAP, thanks!

  • Connection time from Terminal C to Terminal D

We plan to flight to Frankfurt via Houston (IAH), but have only 79 mins for transferring flights. Having two kids, I am concerned about connection time. If we land at a gate in Terminal C, should we go through security again to get Terminal D? Is 79 minutes enough to catch our connecting flight, along with two kids? Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you.

No, you do not have to go through security between C and D, You can just walk between the two terminals. You should have plenty of time if your first flight is on-time.

i will arrive to Atlanta airport from florida connecting to paris with Delta airlines. I have only 50 mintues. is this enough time ?

Yes, that should be enough time. All you have to do is take the Plane Train from your arrival concourse to your departure concourse (E or F).

My daughter is flying into CLT at 8:46 am on Piedmont Airlines dba US Airways Express and departing at 9:45 on US Airways. Will she stay in the same terminal? Will she have enough time? This will be her first time flying.

Charlotte only has one terminal. All she has to do is walk from her arrival gate to her departure gate.

When will I know what her arrival and departure gates are?

On the day of her flight.

  • From Trinidad to Seattle

Hi, Good day I will be flying from Port-of-Spain to Seattle, however I have two stops first stop is at miami with layover 1hour and 36 mins and then to Los Angeles with lay over of 1hour and 17 mins. Will 1 hour and 36 mins be enough to connect to the miami flight. All my flights are with American Airlines, do they transfer our luggage? or do we have to get our luggages after immigration check ? I am really worried since i cant cancel or change my flight options. Thank you.

In Miami you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, then re-check your bags at the transfer desk, then go through security and to your departure gate 1 hr 36 minutes should be barely enough time. If your flight from POS is late they can rebook you to Seattle either on the nonstop flight in the Evening or through a different hub, such as Chicago or Dallas.

I'm comming from Myrtle Beach(MYR), have a 48 min layover in ATL and proceed to LAX. Is it enough time or do I have to book a later flight? Thx

Yes, that should be enough time if your first flight is on-time. The Plane Train connects all concourses inside security and all you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.

I am flying from Tampa on Delta into Atlanta terminal S and flying from Atlanta Terminal I Air France into CDG 1st where are terminal S and I and will I have enough time to get from one to the other I have 2hrs 26min layover in Atlanta

You don't actually have to change Terminals. You just have to take the Plane Train from your arrival concourse to your departure concourse, which will be E or F.
