56 minutes to transfer btw C and EApr 17, 201310I'm quite worried as I have 56 minutes to transfer between Houston Terminal C (United Airlines) and Terminal E (flying Lufthansa). Will this be sufficient time (I'm a fit walker) ? Thank you.emilyposted on Wed, Apr 17

Delta terminal 3 to Etihad terminal 4Apr 17, 201310I booked a ticket through Delta and will arrive in JFK terminal 3. I then booked a separate ticket through Etihad which is in terminal 4. My question is how would I do this? Would I go collect my baggage from terminal 3 then use the airtran to terminal 4 and then check my baggage in terminal 4 at the Etihad counter and finally go through security again? thanks... by the way my flight arrives at 3 PM at JFK and my Etihad flight doesn't leave until 10:30 PM, so I will have plenty of time shouldn't I?flyingsoonposted on Wed, Apr 17

from T8 to T1Apr 17, 201310Hi all, I will be traveling with a 3 y o and an 11 y o. I will land on T8 and have to get my luggage and make to T1 and have 4 and a half hours of layover time. I was just wondering if there is any help I can pay for to get all my luggage and help me with it all the way to T1. What are my options?rajty2000posted on Wed, Apr 17I take it you already checked with your first airline and it does NOT transfer bags to your connecting airline. In which case you should, on arrival, proceed to the baggage claim area, pick up a cart, load your bags, then take the elevator to the the 'Airline Terminals Train' - unload your cart before boarding the train to T1, your next stop. At T1, grab a cart and proceed to the check-in area. Alternatively, get a taxi.weapr13posted on Wed, Apr 17

MEX via UA 头SFO connecting China EasterApr 17, 201310I will fly from MEX to SFO via UA, and then connect to SHanghai via China Eastern. I know that I need to claim my baggage and go to a Connecting Baggage Desk. Just want to know if I can drop my baggage in this desk for connecting China Eastern Airline, or I need to go to another China Eastern airline check in counter, which I don't know where.gaoxyposted on Wed, Apr 17China Eastern hasn't started service to SFO yet, so it's not entirely clear what they'll have there, but if the re-check desk at SFO won't take your bags, then you will just have to take them up to the departures level of the same terminal you're already in (the International Terminal) and find the China Eastern counter.ZAPposted on Wed, Apr 17

Domestic South To International TerminalMay 10, 201341we will have 1 hr and 5 min to go from Domestic south terminal Delta Airline to International Terminal. Is it enough time? Which is the shortest way? We will arrive in ATL at 9:00am. This is our first time using ATL airport. Thanks!!TravelerBbposted on Tue, Apr 16Your domestic flight will arrive at one of the lettered concourses, not the south terminal. You just have to take the plane train from the concourse you come in to to concourse E where your international flight will depart from.ZAPposted on Wed, Apr 17I saw on ATL website. They have terminal F for international. Since we have really short connection time for international flight, we want to plan ahead. Please advice.TravelerBbposted on Wed, Apr 171 person likes this post [ Like ]

Customs at CLT then connecting flightApr 17, 201311Hi. I have a flight coming from Italy to CLT and then connects to RDU. I am considering getting out of the airport at CLT as my house is equidistant between the two airports. Is it correct that I will have to collect my bags at Customs in CLT? Perhaps at that time I can decide to head home from there or carry on to RDU. ?DKQposted on Tue, Apr 16

Connecting A (USAIR) to E (Continental)Apr 16, 201310We are flying into IAH on USAIR (terminal A) and need to connect to terminal E (United) in 42 minutes. At terminal E we are taking a flight to honolulu, hawaii (e.g. domestic). Is this a realistic connection time using the termnial link train? We are flying first class on both flights and presumably will get out of the USAIR plane fast..kdjoergensenposted on Tue, Apr 16

C19-E21Apr 16, 201310I have only 37 minutes to get from C19-E21. Is it best to run south from C19 to C43 and then east past C45 to TE21 or take the Terminal Link to D/E station. If it is the latter how do you skirt around International Arrivals in a hurry and avoid security? Thankswhposted on Tue, Apr 16

connection timeApr 16, 201310I am arriving from Florence en route to Los Angeles through AMS. The flight I'd like to take has only 50 minute connection time between landing and take-off on the flight to LA. Is that enough to pass through passport control? I will not have checked any luggage -- it is all carry-on.rjnposted on Tue, Apr 16
