  • Need to know the details for Terminal1

I will land in Frankfurt airport terminal 1 from Denver and have connecting lufthansa flight in 1.45mns..will that be enough time to catch the connecting flight again in same terminal.how should i reach the terminal 1 as im getting down in the same terminal and having another flight in same terminal ?? pls let me know in detail as i have lap kid for this travel.

U.S. Arrivals at FRA are being processed at Area A where they go through passport control. Lufthansa uses both A & B Concourses (A & B gates). If you need to transfer inside Terminal 1between B gates (T1B) and A or Z gates (T1A), you can use transfer tunnel outside security, or the SkyLine train inside security, which leaves every 2-3 mins. You have enough time.

I JUST ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT ARRIVING FROM TUCSON AZ GETTING A CONNECTING FLIGHT TO CLEVELAND. WANTING TO KNOW IF I WILL HAVE ENOUGH TIME? FORGOT TO MENTION I AM FLYING UNITED.

Yes, you should have enough time but you'll have to hope your first flight is on-time and hurry. Your flight from Tucson will arrive in Terminal B and your flight to Cleveland will depart from Terminal B or C. If you have to transfer to Terminal C, the TerminaLink train runs between them inside security.

Flying United from Dallas to Laredo, connecting in IAH. is 37 minutes enough time to get to my connection?

Yes, but you will have to hurry. You will arrive in Terminal B or C and depart from Terminal A or B (likely A).

  • Flying from Frankfurt to Montreal

Hi, my daughter and I will be flying to Montreal via Philadelphia from Frankfurt/Germany (flights 701 and 3984) on August 22. We will have a layover of one hour and 44 minutes. We will arrive in Philadelphia at gate A and depart for Montreal at gate F. What will be the customs and security procedures for us and will we be able to make it? I read some stories online about Philadelphia airport and am a bit worried. Thanks for your help.

You will clear immigration in Terminal A, claim your baggage, clear customs, and re-check your bags with US Airways. You'll then go back upstairs to go through security and then take the US Airways shuttle bus to Terminal F. You will have to hope your flight is on-time and hurry. However, if you do miss your connection, US Airways has two later flights to Montreal.

Lunch specials were great and reasonably priced for airport food (bacon wrapped meatloaf and roasted chicken - both with mashed potatoes) for about $14. Hot, quick, tastey, courteous table service - what's not to love?! Beats pre-packed sandwich slop any day.

Traveling Cleveland to Newark and then Newark to Berlin. Will I need to go through security again? Both flights are on United

No, you will not. If your flight from Cleveland arrives in Terminal A, United has a shuttle bus that runs on the secure side from A to C. Your flight to Berlin will depart from C. However, if you're on the Cleveland-Newark flight that arrives in Newark around 4:40 PM, that flight arrives in C as well.

My family is arriving at Terminal A. I am arriving at Terminal B. What is the best place to meet? They are not airport savvy. How should I tell them to find me? Is there a walkway from A to B and where should they wait for me? Thanks for any help.

Yes, you can walk from A to B and vise-versa via a walkway that connects to the parking garage.

i'm flying out on 21/08/2013 manchester to ams to Atlanta have only 55 mins for transfer is this long enough thanks .

Arrivals from a non-Schengen country (U.K.): passport will be checked; thereafter, follow signs to 'Baggage Hall' located on the ground level, retrieve your bags, & go through customs for security check. Connecting to a non-Schengen country (U.S.): security check will be at the gate. Schiphol has Piers B-C, D, E, F, G-H & M, and your arrival/departure depends on which airline(s) you take. Note: Arrivals 1 & 2 areas lead up to Departures 1 & 2; and Arrivals 3 & 4 lead up to Departure 3. Departures 1 uses the B, C & D gates; Departures 2 uses the E gates; Departure 3 uses F, G, H & M gates. (Arrivals 1 & 2 and Arrivals 3 & 4 are on opposite sides of the center.). 55 mins transfer time is extremely tight.

I will be arriving at Chicago(ord) on 27 and leaves to ORLANDO From Trivandrum (india) on Etihad Flight Should I pick up my baggage from T5 and moves to To the terminalfor orlando with the baggage .Jos

On arrival at ORD at Terminal 5, you need to go through passport check, retrieve checked bags, go through customs clearance and re-check-in bags; then proceed up one level to the Airport Transit System (ATS) station and take the ATS train, which runs every few minutes, to your connecting Terminal 1, where you need to go through security check before proceeding to your connecting gate. Terminal 1 has Concourses B (gates B1-B22) and C (gates C1-C32). The overhead screens will indicate flight & gate numbers.

What's your question? What airline are you flying to Orlando?

I booked on Etihad codshare with AA

thank you very much .thanks a lot

thanks a lot for this great information jos

Also, SUAUG is incorrect with telling you what terminal to go to. Your American Airlines flight to Orlando will depart from Terminal 3, not Terminal 1. That is important.

thank you ZAP I will be arriving at 1535 o T5 and leaving from T3 on 1850 enough time 1st time in US and not familiar with big airports

We are arriving in Atlanta on a Delta flight at Terminal S. Could someone advise me how to reach Terminal 1, so catch our connecting flight to Punta Cana on Delta?

At ATL, Terminal S is the South Terminal, but has no airline gates. It is part of the Domestic passenger terminal (Delta uses A, B, C, D gates); 'Terminal 1' is most likely TI (International Terminal - airlines either use IT or TI as identification). Take the underground 'Plane Train' to your connecting gate (follow signs). Your departure is either from E or F gates of Concourses E or F.
