arriving LAX gate 68A terminal 6 departing gate 55A terminal 5 need directions to underground? tunnel so I do not have to go through security again

Lots of info on this tunnel on Google. Apparently the most sure-fire way to get down there is to use the elevator.

We have 1:45 min between connecting flights, 2 different airline companies and must change terminals. Do we must go thru Security clearance again? Do we have to pick up luggage before connecting? Is there special lane if we have Nexus/Global entry card. Thank you.

You will clear US Immigration in Montreal. If your tickets were bought on one reservation then Air Canada will transfer your bags to United for you. Yes, you will have to go through security again in T7/T8 and having a Nexus/Global Entry card won't help you there. However if you do have Premier Access from United you can use their Premier security lines which are accessible from the area between T6 and T7.

  • Connection T5-T3 doable in 90 mins

Hello - I really would appreciate your kind help - I am arriving on AA0091 from London LHR to T5 at 8.05pm and have 90 mins to reach T3 to depart with AA 2359 to Dallas DFW at 9.40pm. Will I have to go through pass control, customs and check my luggage out/in? If this is the case I won't have sufficient time I believe? However a colleauge told me guest traveling on AA flights or code sharing AA/BA flights have now new option, there is a bus connecting T5/T3 so that they do not need to leave security area? Please would you advise what shall I expect? I am truly worried.

Yes, you will have to do all of those things. Any time you enter the US you have to go back through security. The bus can only be used when you are flying into T3 and out of T5. You will have to go through immigration/customs/re-check and then take the ATS train to T3. Immigration shouldn't be that bad that late at night and American does have one later flight to DFW if you miss your connection.

Thank you for passing the information. I wish I could change the booking. Too late. So not even my luggage would be checked through? Are you sure there is one more flight, hence I cannot find it. Thank you again.

Hi I am traveling from mumbai ,India to phonix on ehiad airlines. Mumbai -abudhabi-Chicago-phonix my port of entry is Chicago. And destination is phonix. My immigration check and custom clearance will be done at Chicago or phonix. Thanks

It will be done in Chicago. You will clear customs, re-check your bags if your bags are checked through to Phoenix, then take the ATS train from T5 to T3 if your flight to Phoenix is on American, T2 if it is on US Airways, or T1 if it is on United.

    Thanks

Is 4 hours between two flight is safe?

where is Air Berlin terminal? I did a search of airlines using the Bradley terminal and did not find Air Berlin

Air Berlin does indeed use the Bradley Terminal. Perhaps they weren't listed because they only serve LAX seasonally. However, also make sure that your flight is actually an Air Berlin flight to Berlin or Dusseldorf, and not a codeshare flight operated by another airline.

have a flt from HPN to ATL DL5030 arrives 12:37pm. Need to transfer to ATL to NRT DL295 departs 13:45pm How is this to be done so we do not miss the connecting flight?

All you have to do is go from the concourse you arrive in to Concourse E/F via the Plane Train, which runs underground beneath the concourses. It should not take more than 15-20 minutes to get between the gates.

To be more specific, you will depart from concourse F and likely arrive in D or E.

  • Terminal 2G to TGV (Terminal 2F)

Hi, i arrive at terminal 2G from Italy (Airfrance HOP), at 9:00 and my TGV depart at 9:58, i don't have to retire a baggage, this time it's enough? thanks

You should be able to make transfer on time: Among T2 terminals T2A through T2G, T2G is at the very right end of them. Two buildings (Halls L & M) are in between T2G T2F. A shuttle bus will take you to the parking garage P-EF across from P2F, where you need to go through security check before proceeding to your connecting gate.

Thanks, but in this Map: http://www.aeroportsdeparis.fr/ADP/Resources/8102d608-a1c2-42cb-8252-f65f9acba3ae-plangareSNCF.pdf The shuttle arrive directly to the Parking at floor #5, and this map show elevator down to TGV rails station...

flight from orlando(delta) to detroit em, gives 43 minute connection time with air france flight to amsterdam.i have read, and appreciate that i could potentially make the connection in 15 mins.but what about my cases?will they make it too?43 mins seems awfully tight!

Yes, the connection will all be on the same concourse and it really shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to get between gates.

  • Time enough, pls. help....

Would it be enough time to get my flight, 2:40PM from Terminal 5, if I arrive at Union Station with Amtrak at 11:45AM. Thanks for help

Yeah, I think so. It's about an hour from Union Station to the Clinton Blue Line stop to O'Hare. Then maybe 10-15 minutes to get to the ATS in T2 and take it to T5. So you'd get to the counter around 1-1:15 PM I think.

  • Limited Layover Time?

My flight UA 128 should arrive from Brazil at 5.10am and my connecting flight is AC8103 leaving at 7am. It's only an hour and a half connection to my next flight. I'm wondering if this is enough time to make my connection which the website says is from Terminal E to Terminal A. Any advice would be useful! Thanks

That should be enough time. Immigration will be pretty empty at that time. You just have to go back through security in Terminal E then take the TerminaLink train to Terminal A.

My daughter is coming in on a flight in C136 and connecting at C101... she has just over 2 hours, but will she need to pass through security again (domestic flight both ways).... also will she have enough time? She is 14 and has traveled a lot by herself but never connected in Newark.... She travels as an adult. Thank you!

For flights within the same terminal, no you do not have to pass through security again. She should have enough time - the connection shouldn't take more than 20 minutes.

  • Land and depart T2E

I have 2 hours between flts . I land and depart at 2E coming from Cairo and connecting to Santo Domingo. I have to go to baggage reclaim coz i'm traveling with a pet and check my baggage at the Air France counter. Do i have to pass by passport control? is 2 hours enough time to do all this process?

I suggest you open http://www.aeroportsdeparis.fr/ADP/en-GB/Passagers/home/ and click on "Procedures & Practical Information" under 'Plan your Trip',and find "Passengers with a Pet" at left side. Will all depend on how long it takes to retrieve your pet, plus time for passport control, baggage retrieval and re-check.

I am arriving from LUX To AMS with 1 hr 5 min transfer time. Is this sufficient Time to make the flight to ATL?

    Your transfer time should suffice.

How was the connection in AMS?
