I am going from FLL to BNA and the connect is in charlotte, when i get off the plane to the connect will i have to go to baggage claim to get my bag or will they have it for me ? And where is my gate number or terminal at ? And will i have to go through security check again ?

I suggest you open www.ifly.com/clt and click on "Terminal Map" under QUICK LINKS, then scroll down to the detailed text. If you use different airlines you need to find out from the airline if they transfer bags to the next leg of travel, if not, you need to claim your bag in the baggage claim area and re-check-in your bag with your connecting airline at its check-in counter).

Does lga have a cell phone lot for picking up arriving passengers

LGA has no cell phoe lot; however, Terminal A has a metered 2-hour limit lot. Terminal frontages are only for loading/unloading - unattendet cars will be towed at owner's expense.

  • Distance between F12 to T7
    Dec 29, 2012

I have transition time of 1 hour. Please let know the distance between F12 to T7 for me to be able to take a decision to walk or take a train

On arrival at ATL at the new International Terminal, Concourse F, will go through customs clearance (CBP) at this concourse. Thereafter, follow signs to the 'Plane Train' serving all concourses in the center of their gate arrangements. At Concourse T take escalator/elevator to gate area with gates T9-15 and T8-1 on either side.

Are there signs in the parking garages if i cut through 1 and 7? Is this the fastest way to get to this terminal from terminal 1? Im nervous i am not a frequent traveler all advise is welcome. I have 1.5 hours between flights

Whle T1 is nearly opposite of T7, with 2 parking structures in between, you can also use the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island in front of each terminal, under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. Your next stops would be T2, T3, TBIT, T4 through T7 - 7 stops or about 18 mins. In both instances you need to go through security check at T7 before proceeding to your gate.

my parents travel from US to Moscow and change flight in CDG (they use the same AF line). they do not speak english. who can help with the connection? Is arrival level different with departure?

Air France uses Satellite Terminals 2C, 2D, 2E & 2F with corresponding gates. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/cdg and click on "Terminal Map" under QUICK LINKS, then scroll down to the detailed text (especially terminal-to-terminal transfer, & Terminals 2)

What terminal does the US Air Express flight operated by Sky West fly out of and is 45 min. enough time to make it? I'm cming in on USAirways and then on to Yuma. Thanks

US Airways uses Terminal 4 - your ticket and the overhead screens on arrival should indicate terminal / gates.

  • Transfer T1 to T3 FCO

My daughter is arriving Alitalia into T1, has to collect her luggage as it cannot be booked through, then departing T3 with Emirates for flight to Australia. Can you please advise how she should best go about this to get to terminal 3 as she is an unseasoned traveller.

On arrival at FCO at T1, she needs to go down to the baggage claim level, retrieve bags, exit terminal and take the free shuttle bus running every 15mins between terminals & parking lots. At Terminal 3 she needs to check in her bag with Emirates and proceed to security check and connecting gate (overhead screens will indicate flight number & gate). T3 has Boarding areas D & H (gates D1-10, & H6-19).

Enjoying terminal 3 with WestJet. Downside is you are never near the rental car bus. Other than that you can beat the terminal.

  • Quickest way to get from c to a gates

What is the fastest way to get from c14 gate to a4b gate?

On arrival at IAD, follow signs 'TO BAGGAGE CLAIM / GROUND TRANSPORTATION'; domestic arrivals at A, B or C gates should follow the AeroTrain sign. The Aerotain serves gates A1-32 & C1-30.

Hi, I will be flying to EWR airport via United Airline and transit to Hong Kong in Terminal C. As it is my first time, may I know the directions and if I need to check in my luggage again?

Presuming you arrive at EWR from a domestic flight, you land either at Terminal A or C, as United uses some domestic flights also in Terminal A. If arriving at Terminal A, you need to take the AirTrain (follow signs) to Terminal C, where you need to go through security check before proceeding to your gate. Terminal C has on the Gate Level three gateways leading to Gate Area C1 arranged in a Y-shape, with gates C70-99; Gate Area C2 (gates C101-C115); and Gate Area C3 (gates C120-139). If arriving at Terminal C, all you need to do is transfer to you connecting gate. If using United for both legs of your journey, your bags will be transferred - if not, you need on arrival claim your bags and re-check them in with connecting airline.

All passengers on international flights to EWR need to pick up their luggage and have it rechecked, even if EWR is not the final destination (transit). If you are flying from outside the US to EWR, you will need to recheck your bags.

  • connection from Term D to Term A

I arrive Gate D40 at 5:20 and connect at Gate A15 at 6am. Will I have enough time to make connection and what's fastest, easiest way?

A little more time will be best.

On arrival at DFW take the free Skylink train running inside the post-security area of each of the five terminals, starting at the International Terminal D at gates D2, D20, D25 & D34, and connecting to the other terminals by two Skylink stations each (close to the left and right end). It runs every 2 mins and takes about 5 minutes of transfer time on average. A gates at TA are A17-39. You have enough time.
