    Upon arrival on Sat evening at approx. 10 pm my laptop in a black case was left near the baggage carrousel #12 or near the United Airways baggage desk or in the monorail or in the value parking lot. It is an HP with a 17 inch screen...the black case has a strap attached to it. Please contact me at 705-424-3991 or at poirier.p2p@rogers.com if you have found it or have any useful info. Thanks Paul

     

    Whether lost at baggage carousel or at airline desk, you need to contact United's Lost & Found department.

    Does anyone know if LaGaurdia airport allows you to bring in a stroller?

     

    In general you can take a collapsible stroller either (a) up to the entrance door of the plane, where the attendant will store it in the hull with return on arrival; or (b) bring it into the plane if it fits into the overhead bin or under your feet. Contact your airline.

    For items lost either in the gate areas or onboard the airpane, you need to contact your airline's Lost & Found department.

    The American Airlines Lost and Found process at D/FW is absolutely absurd. How hard is it to speak to someone about your lost item. To not return phone calls is the worst "customer service", and I use that term lightly, that I have ever received. I lost an item of value and would like to speak to a person, not just leave a voicemail and pray that someone received my message and is looking for, or has looked for my item. I am very discourage by this process and extremely disappointed in American Airlines and D/FW on this one.

     

    I seem to have left my perscription glasses on Flight 1673 from Indianapolis to DFW Friday Dec. 9 2011. Is there a lost and found division At DFW or possibly the final destination of the flight I can call or visit to inquire if these glasses were found?

     

    I agree! I am appalled by the lack of customer service I've experienced with AA Lost and Found. I lost my driver's liscense at DFW over a week ago. I received a voicemail from an AA agent the day after my travel telling me she found my liscence and was forwarding it to the lost and found department. My return flight to DFW arrived after the lost & found had closed, so I returned home with hopes to contact them the next day and ask them to mail it to my address. I have called and left a mesage EVERY day for 7 days. No one ever answers and no one will call me back. This is ridiculous! Does anyone even work at the lost and found? And the agent who left me the message - it would have been nice to have your name and a return phone number!

     

    I agreed, I have left messages since Tuesday morning, 1/24/2012 regarding makeup bag I left under my seat in flight #351 and no one has called me back. I even had my husband and secretary call them several times since then and STILL no call back. This is not Lack of Customer Service, there is NO customer service in the Lost and Found dept.

    Left at Pizza Hut counter on Nv. 6 at 3 pm. in Terninal One. Please, Please, Please...all business contacts that I really need..please leave at airport lost and found

     

    Items left at food & retail places are the store's responsibility. Pizza Hut had no telephone listing on the Airport site. You have two options: Google Pizza Hut & contact their corporate office; or either call the Airport Lost & found at airport.lostfound@slcgov.com, or tel. 801-575-2427 - they may be able to help you.

    My wife is travelling alone can i go with her till the gate ?

     

    The only bag she can take beyond the TSA checkpoint is her carry-on bag, which needs to fit either into the overhead compartment or under her feet in the plane. Larger bags need to be checked in at the check-in counter of her airline. You can accompany her up to the TSA checkpoint. Beyond that is the post-security area, off-limit to visitors.

    I left my passport on an Air Canada Fligth from Toronto to Los Agelas. It went back to Totonto on the same plane at seat 25K. I am desparate for its return

    What Terminal does Virgin American use to check in and fly out of?

     

    You mean Virgin Atlantic - it's in Terminal 5, the International Terminal, with gates M12-21, M7-M1 and M8-M1 - long walk to gates. Look at your ticket for gate number.
